Hotel Artis

The owners seemed to care about this property. It was clean and breakfast was very good. While it was not close to Rome's attractions. It was not far of a walk from the Metro station. We had a good good stay.

The hallways to the room were not well lighted, but we not disturbed by the lack of lights.

Room size was fine.

It's not 4 stars, more like a 2-star. Bad location, ripped curtains, thin walls, awful room decor, cheap flooring, cheap mattress, cheap breakfast, cheap bathroom, no sofa, only one chair in the room.

The staff was amazing & extremely helpful!! It was a little far out considering that the subway & buses stops at 12am. Other then that, great hotel and a very enjoyable stay.

No, it was a very comfortable hotel and the staff was incredibly helpful.

I was charged 7.50 euros per day without the mentioning of city tax, which was a bit disappointing. And the meals were also less than I expected

Quiet area with convenient, near by, access to metro and breakfast had a verity of item to chose from. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Near to Allesandria metro station 10 minutes walk from hotel . Hotel is in a residential area but very quiet and peaceful. Easy access to public transport. Room was good size and clean . Reception staff is very polite and helpful . Breakfast is good and yummy but it can be improved by introducing some more variety . Overall , memorable stay at this hotel .

The only positive aspect of this hotel for us was the very kind and professional receptionist, Mr. Behzad, who assisted us excellently.

The shower worked poorly, making it difficult to use, and the room temperature was very cold. The breakfast options were very limited, and the coffee machine was out of order every day, requiring you to wait for it to be repaired. The provided shampoos were extremely limited, small, and insufficient.

Staff was wonderful and hotel itself was nice.

Breakfast could have more warm options or fresh options (for example tomatoes, cucumber etc). Also cleaner started cleaning early in the morning (8am) - I wanted to sleep.

The staff was really helpful, cleaning ladies were doing their job really well, the breakfast was nice and fresh. Beds were comfortable and bed sheets and towels were clean. It is a 7 minute walk from the metro station. The area is very quiet. Next to the hotel you have a basic market

Needs a better hair dryer if you are a woman you will not dry your hair for sure me as a man had difficulty drying my hair. This type of hotel needs to have bathrobes and slippers they didn't have that. A bit far from the city if you use Uber approx 25-30e from the main station, public transportation 30 minutes my trips were measured 3 times.

Early check in option, friendly staff, good breakfast

Location not very near to public transportation, there is no plumbing drainage in the bathroom itself (any water dropping on the floor, can not be cleaned easily)

Robbery

I didn't stay as the hotel sucks, it is a sound, old, smelly rusty dirty place, squeezing bed, ugly bedroom, ugliest toilet ever. 4 days paid and slzero returns. I was robbed by this website.

Location was good - 8 minutes walk to the nearest subway station so you may get very quickly to the city center. Staff was very helpful and nice - we met the receptionist on the subway station and he even helped us to get to the proper train :)Breakfest was very nice and tasty, with a lot of sweet options (very nice cakes!).Free parking space available for guests. Big supermarket next to the hotel.

Bathrooms are a bit uncomfortable, not ergonomic, no place to put the towels after you use them. Room is quite small, but if you spend most time on sightseeing, it is not big issue. Matress was too soft for me, but it is the question of preferences.

Who gives hotel a rating of 4*??Probably the hotel itself and there is no institution to accredit it.I always stay in 4* or above hotels. That’s why on booking.com, this hotel with this rating and this process caught my eye.- room walls dirty with splashes of cola or something.- no shower gel (only small sachet of shampoo and a small round of soap - like for handwashing, for shower)- breakfast included in price but bare minimum. Setup very poorGood for people who want to stay on budget. Avoid if you are expecting a 4 star hotel or anything even close. But unfortunately, I would not rate more than 2.5 or 3 stars.

Everything was great. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was really nice and cozy. The beds were comfortable, rooms were pretty small but more than enough for tourists who spend all day on sightseeing. The breakfast was really good and tasty with a lot of options to choose from. 24h reception desk always ready to help. There are a few convenience stores (one really close) in the area, and a restaurant (seperate from the one in the hotel) in a walking proximity. Alessandrino Metro Station is a walking distance away and it made communicating around the city very easy. The rooms are cleaned daily with possibility to replace the towels. Rooms have working A/C.

Scrambled eggs on breakfasts was mostly cold (or we were unlucky enough to eat it before replacement). The TV in the rooms was working fine, however it only had Italian channels (and no smart TV to log in to own Netflix/Youtube). But with plenty of other breakfast options and the fact that we mostly slept in the rooms, those were minor inconveniences.

Everything was excepcional clean, and stuff very friendly. Self check-in was so easy, we arrive really late.
