    Pros +

    • The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was above average in size. The location was perfect.
    • Absolutely zero. The pictures on your web site did not come close to what we witness when we entered the room. In my opinion, your pictures are a misreprentation to what we witness. I would never never recommend this hotel to anyone.
    • The location is very central. The room was spacious for Europe and had a great shower. There was lots of light when the curtain was open and no noise.. The room was cleaned every day. The hotel has a great bar that is open late. Staff were great!

    Cons -

    • You could at least add a coffee station.
    • Nothing. Our pictures show how incorrect your pictures are on your web site. I will pursue a refund. Horrible horrible experience.
    • This hotel was not a 5 star hotel and not as advertised. It was basically a 3 star hotel in desperate need of some updating with a great view. Unless you can find a room for less than $600 night you should look elsewhere. I feel completely ripped off.

The two best things about this hotel were the staff (everyone was eager to help and very kind/professional) and the view.

    The location was excellent

There was hair (more than 1) on my blanket, I was told they didn't have anymore and I had to wait until the next day, which is not ok because I was checking out. The bathroom tiles were broken and missing and the shower was moldy.

The staff were great and it was clean, unique and a great location!

My wife and loved the character and location of the hotel. Every room is different. Room was clean but small. Bathroom was very updated and nice. Bed was comfortable and the view from our room was very good. Staff was excellent and very accommodating

Air conditioner did not work as well as we would have wanted. We stayed in the month of August and it was a bit hotter outside which made the room a bit hotter and the air conditioner did not cool the room down very well. Other than that, perfect!

The location was great and the room was a nice size.

The air conditioning could have worked better and we got a room "decorated " with mirrors on three walls. I was hoping for one I had seen on the website.

The location was amazing and the staff were very helpful.

The room wasn't as nice inside as we expected. We upgraded to a junior suite that had a built in sauna the ceiling over it was damaged by the heat, and a lot of the other minor things in the room were really worn out looking.

The check in area is gorgeous and the staff was nice. Pretty good breakfast.

Not an easy location to be recognized by Uber.. we had to meet them at different places several times. The lift barely fits two people with suitcases.

    8Verified Hotel GuestPosted on: 5-25-2018

the hotel is situated in a great area with all the designer shops feet away. The hotel looks to be in pretty good condition, with a few exceptions. The staff is friendly and informative.

Minor issues included forgetting ice that was requested. Major issue was black mold in the shower that was not taken care of even after 2 phone calls and 1 face-to-face discussion with staff

Great place to stay. Very central area of Rome, near Spanish Steps. Hotel has nice size roooms/suites. Breakfast room served nice food and new dinner spot on the ground floor has can not miss Japanese food. Great experience would highly recommend.

    Have not complaints.

    6CarlyPosted on: 5-9-2018

    It's location was great.

The room was kind of small, and the hotel itself was difficult to find. It was in a building with a lot of other things. We had to go to the fourth floor just to check in. Not a big deal, but did not have a grand entrance like other hotels of similar pric

    Location and breakfast.

They did change a new bed sheet in the first day. But they changed a new one from 2nd day as per our request.

    9NurtenPosted on: 1-26-2018

The location was spectacular; it was maybe a a very short block or 2 from the Spanish Steps, shopping and food. And it was a fairly quick walk to Trevi Fountain! And and and it was such a safe area. I loved my stay at Spagna Royal Suite!

The only suggestions that i would have is maybe some more shelf space in the bathroom to put my toiletries and a towel warming rack. But do not consider this a complaint, I was so comfortable and didn't lack for anything.

    location;service

the room although mentioned by meters did seem so spacious - arrange badly and there wasn't even chair and desk(there was no place) i guess every room is different and it was only our bad luck..it still small thing.

    9RobertPosted on: 12-13-2017

Temperature control in the shower. Water changes from too hot to too cold and back even though shower handle isn't touched.

    7JonathanPosted on: 12-10-2017

It is in a convenient location and a reasonable price

The hotel is not well marked and you will easily walk by it if you don't know what you are looking for. There is no signage and you have to look for a big green door and buzz the reception desk to get let in initially.

My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon before starting our trip to Benice and Florence. The nicest staff we have met so far! Got lucky with an upgrade and the apartment was HUGE for Rome. Amazing hotel and amazing staff!!
