Otivm Hotel

The location was close to many of the bigger tourist destinations and lots of good food, but there wasn't too much noise or anything. The suite was large and the staff was very helpful!

We booked (and paid for) a suite with a balcony but the suite we were given did not have a balcony. Also, the elevator was broken on the day of our checkout, but the staircase led to only the emergency exit/staff exits, so it was very confusing.

Wonderful small boutique hotel in the heart of Rome! Rooftop Terrace has a wonderful bar and serves breakfast there. The view from the terrace is amazing!! Staff is very welcoming and helpful! Many of the sites are within close walking distance.

I loved the entire experience and would recommend it to anyone!!!

This hotel was great the hotel manager was very helpful as well as the staff. The rooftop bar has an amazing view and everything is pretty close. My wife and I walked everywhere.

We had a great stay here. The location is excellent. It is in easy walking distance to the main attractions and neighborhoods. Basically 15-20 minute walk to anywhere.The rooms were large and clean. Plenty of closet space to hang clothes. Bed was comfy and very firm and came with plenty of pillows. Bathroom has a hairdryer and small toiletries. Great water pressure and temperature. Rooms have AC and heating. WiFi is good and fast. Lots of outlets in the room.The breakfast is small but very good. Hard cooked eggs and sausage along with cold cuts, cheeses, pastries, and breakfast cereals. They serve good espresso drinks. It is a nice light breakfast.Staff is friendly and very helpful! Lobby is staffed 24 hours. You can leave your luggage at the front after check out. Front desk can order you taxis if you need it.There is a little shop nearby where you can get grocery items and small things you may need.This hotel was wonderful. Really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to solo and couples alike!

We found the rooftop bar overpriced which isn’t really part of the hotel, but owned by it.

Definitely the staff, super friendly and very helpful! I can’t remember the names sorry! But the gentleman who checked me in and the lady who checked me out were SUPER in all areas, location 10/10

Bathroom was dark, no fan, kept tripping on step into the shower when immediately entering bathroom.

Breakfast was delicious and good variety of food. Staff and manager were excellent. Great recommendations and very friendly. Highly recommend and would stay there again. Location is prime too!

The location is fantastic. Across the street from the Gesu church. Rooftop bar is very relaxing and lovely view of Victor Emmanuel monument. Room was spacious and very modern and nicely appointed. Front desk staff especially nice.

Breakfast is plentiful with good Italian proper coffee made to order. Very good location, virtually walkable everywhere. A convenience store steps away for last minute needs.

The hotel was central to many sites. Many wonderful restaurants around the area. The rooftop bar was awesome.

Fabulous stay at Otivum. The room was the perfect size for 2 people. Plenty of closet space, a large bathroom and a kettle for morning coffee. Breakfast on the roof was spectacular. Amazing view and a wonderful variety of food. The hotel is near everything.  Perfect location to walk to Basilica Santa Maria in Aracoeli, Vittorio Emanuele monument, Colosseum, Pantheon and Campo de Fiori. Cafes, restaurants, gelato and a supermarket are just around the corner. However, what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Every single person, without exception, was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. They made our stay perfect!
