    Pros +

    • This is truly located in the city center & perfect for seeing Rome. The rooms are comfortable & clean & the jacuzi tub was a huge bonus. Staff was super friendly & when we needed something from maintenance they showed up quickly after a short email.
    • The staff and location were wonderful.
    • Location. Hot tub inside suite.

    Cons -

    • The room was not as clean as I would have hoped. The floor was dirty, the shower overflowed if the pressure was too high and the Wi-Fi didn¿t work the first night. During the second night- the neighbors were loud and it was very difficult to sleep.
    • There was no cold water in the shower so we had to take super hot showers, which is better than cold but you couldn't soak in the shower. The safe did not work. They couldn't or wouldn't fix either during our stay. No real attempt to fix them.
    • i cannot tell a lie. therefore, nothing negative.

Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at the property I originally booked. Two days before our arrival, the host contacted me to inform me that we were being moved to a different apartment on Via del Corso, which I did not choose or book. When I asked to cancel so I could book a property of my choice, I was told I was not eligible for a refund. As a result, we were forced to stay in an apartment we had not booked, on a very busy shopping street. The location was loud and not relaxing at all, with no nearby piazzas to sit and enjoy a coffee we had to walk at least 15–20 minutes to find a pleasant area. The original property I booked was advertised as being 2–3 minutes walking distance to everything, which was the main reason I chose it. This last-minute change completely altered our experience and started the stay with disappointment. The apartment itself had very basic facilities. There was no coffee or tea provided, and the bed was extremely thin and uncomfortable we could feel the coils through the mattress.Overall, the stay did not match what was booked or expected, and the luck of flexibility and no refund option made the situation frustrating.

Nothing read my review I’ve added.

amazing location, in heart of Rome!

a bit loud with noise from other people staying in hotel during the night. (echo)

Great location, absolutely spotless and the staff were so friendly and helpful, having the time for a chat.

The staff (Katerina, Florence and cleaning crew) and the exemplary service they provided.

Rooms were so hot. Inability to control the temperature. Street noise. Had to open the windows to let cool air in but this allowed lots of street noise to get in after midnight. Thin walls and I heard my hotel neighbors talking and doing other things…. Wish that breakfast was a full serve yourself buffet instead of a sit down service. Opted to get breakfast somewhere else.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was prime and walking distance from everything. We walked to the Vatican, Villa Borghese, Colosseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, everything we did we walked to.

Because of the prime location, it was SO loud at all hours. It felt like the walls were very thin and we could hear anytime someone entered or exited the hotel and all the people through the night in the alley outside. Very loud. We also found a small colony of ants by the shower but we killed them and didn’t have a problem after that. Also found some in the closet but not nearly as many. My husband also had some issues with the climate control not working properly in our room.

Amazing location in the heart of Rome within walking distance of main attractions!

Breakfast was quite pricey so we didn’t add this

Great location, walking distance to attractions and restaurants

The description of the rooms is not entirely correct, e.g. there is no executive lounge but the room description suggests access to it. The air conditioner was not working properly and leaves the room far too warm in summer. The flush in the bathroom was partially broken and the sink old and dirty.Overall unfortunately very disappointing for the price.

Location and friendliness of the staff

While I understand there was a virtual receptionist via a video, Not having a receptionist was a turn off to me.

Location was exceptional (walking distance from everything)The bathtub was great The staff were so kind

The room was dark & closed with no fresh airNo WIFI ( I read earlier some reviews that wifi signal was weak, but actually, there was no signal at all) The staff acknowledged the issue, and that they have seen the reviews earlier, however, still they didn’t fix itIf you’re willing to stay in this hotel, buy your own internet package

Very central, clean and helpful staff.

Just a few bits of maintenance needed ie shower plate on wall needs fixing; plug didn’t fit but otherwise a clean and comfortable stay.
