Hotel Hollywood

I enjoyed staying at Hotel Hollywood as it was very close to Roma Termini, felt safe walking after late dinners. Neighborhood bustling with energy. Lady Lucia was very helpful and provided courteous services generously.

Maria from the hotel is very nice and friendly. She helped a lot to us. Very close to the train station. Great location!

Lucia helped me with giving me a beautiful room. Super nice and clean and I had a lovely stay.

Very good location, close to the Roma Termini .Lots of places around to eat, plus a supermarket very close. Walking distances to tourist spots

What we liked the most was the location and the cleanliness. Every day when we came back tired, the room was clean and tidy. Amazing! The staff was also great! I would definitely give it 5 stars.

Even though we didn’t catch cold days, the shower water was never hot on any of the days. I would say it was more lukewarm, leaning towards cold.

This hotel is in a very good location and has amazing staff. They did everything to make sure I had a great experience here. The rooms are nice, and the cleaning service is provided every day.

Made up the beds everyday. Had additional soap or toilet paper in the hallway in case of an emergency. TV had lots of English channels.

TV had no news channels like BBC or CNN.

This is a 5 star 2 star hotel! It is exceptionally clean. The bed was comfy and the location was fabulous. The place is not so modern but the cleansiness well makes up for it. I would stay here again. Thank you Hotel Hollywood for making our stay memorable. I also want to mention the restaurant opposite the hotel, Trettoria Cecio and another not far, Caffe Farini. Both close and great food!

The shower a bit small but thats nit picking.

Room was very clean and tidy and staff were very friendly and helpful.great location just a 20 min leisurely walk to the colloseum

- very nice staff (they gave us a room update so that we had more space which was so so nice!!!)- location is good, very close to termini train station - overall very clean and quiet during the night

The staff fantastic, location is fantastic! The room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels, bedding if needed and we were giving a room upgrade at check-in

Hot water was inconsistent but the room was great value for the price that you pay in Rome

First of all, I would like to thank Maria. She was very warm and kind, and always very helpful. Whenever I called, I could reach Maria. She helped me with restaurant recommendations and everything else. The hotel's location is excellent. It's accessible to tourist destinations, and the metro and bus stations are just a few minutes' walk away. The air conditioning works well. Even late at night, there are shopping venues and restaurants on the street. İt is safe. It's only a 5-minute walk to Rome Central Station. The room was very clean, cleaned daily, and comfortable.

Only the internet was a bit slow.

The WiFi wasn't that good

The room was great, with toiletries and disposable slippers. The owner was very warm-hearted, gave us a map and even marked the scenic spots for us. Highly recommended.

A thoughtful staff Lucia. When we checked in, Lucia noticed my husband uses a cane and realized that the bathroom in our original room might not ideal for him, Without s even asking, she offered to move us to a bigger room with a more accessible washroom.

I plan to Rome for a honey moon travelling. And I received a bag of chocolate as a gift from the hotel. So sweet!

A little poor wifi, but I think it is ok.
