Very clean, confortable bed with large pillow menu, perfect location, in the city center but very quiet. Big rooms. Good temperature in rooms, high quality toiletries and slippers

Low options at breakfast. A lot of sweets but no fresh vegetables, no prosciutto nor cheese. I had to order separately cheese, they were kind to give me, but i had to ask..

Cleanliness, luxury, friendly staff. Little gifts left for us every second day.

Our stay at Palazzo Ripetta was truly extraordinary and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and impeccably cared for. The building itself is stunning; elegant, historic, and beautifully maintained perfectly reflecting the charm of Rome.The room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated, combining comfort with refined Italian style. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a relaxing stay. The location is simply unbeatable, within easy walking distance of major attractions, yet peaceful and quiet at the same time.What truly made our experience special was the exceptional service. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations and assistance, making us feel at home throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience in Rome and would absolutely return to Palazzo Ripetta.

Amazing location and stunning decor. Staff were amazing - notably Saskia on the front desk who could not have been more helpful. We were given a gorgeous room with stunning bathroom . We didn't try the breakfast but looked delicious and the bar was great !

Fabulous panatone in room when arriving....home made....and 2nd night....Stupendous restaurant in hotel v.complex subtle high standard....we love it and are used to eating 1 or 2 star michelin in london oftenVery quiet room

No Panatone on 3rd night awaiting us in room...no fruit in room....too often the SAME little delicious chocolates but no variation...when coming when leaving and on pillow at night....always same and never dark chocolate pralines,for example....or a bisquit etc...no real tea(bags) in room only infusions....one does not want to phone for everything so we bring our own but still....

The location of my room was very noisy at midnight i heard the street cleaners pick up the waste which woke us up several times during our sleep. Mattress was stiff. Curtain blinds do not close completely at night which allowed light into the room.

MRcelous breakfast with full buffet and friendly staff. Thank you for the printed Financial Times. The door men weee so kind and always had smiles on their faces.

Gorgeous palazzo! Spacious, beautiful and immaculate rooms. Literally no signs of wear and tear. Great location near Piazza del Popolo. Good restaurants around.

Stylish rooms, great location. The staff were lovely and always available to advise. The roof terrace bar was a nice way to finish the day too.

I travelled with my mom. The hotel and property are great. The staff is AMAZING, they even let us leave our bags 3 days because we left for Firenze by train. The hotel gas an amazing patio. We’ll return for sure

The property is a brand new refurbished hotel from the 70s, opened in a former cathedral. It has a blend of modernist - art deco design, with exceptional attention to detail. But by far, its greatest strength is the people: an exceptionally profesional, kind and welcoming personnel, the likes of which I haven’t met in a hotel in Europe for a very long time. From the front door bell boy to the concierge they all make you feel special.

Absolutely nothing, this is a 10/10 experience.

excellent location, room perfect, service of the staff top notchthe breakfast is "continental". I do understand Italians do not have a breakfast culture - here is a bit of room for improvement. This however in the context that overall this is an almost perfect hotel
