Casa Monti Roma

I loved the stunning design and attention to detail throughout the hotel, which made every corner feel both elegant and welcoming. On top of that, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They upgraded my room to a suite, offered late check out free of charge, and personally offered recommendations on what to do and where to eat. Their care made the stay feel effortless and truly special.

We waited 45 mins for room service and the room is small for the price.

Location and the spa is kinda nice

Cleaning staff entered room when there was a do not disturb on. Then we were locked out of our room.

The hotel was very clean, well-organized, and it’s clear that the management pays attention to every detail. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.There are two points to note:1.The location is not the best in Rome, although it’s manageable with transportation.2.The hotel has an unusual policy of charging a €150 deposit per night per room, which is quite high compared with others. It wasn’t a major issue for me since the amount was simply held on my credit card, but it could be inconvenient for others, especially given that most of the hotel bookings are non-refundable and the room rate is charged in advance and the guests won’t have any option but to accept this strange policy.Because of that I’m giving this hotel 8/10. Aside from these points, the hotel experience itself was excellent.

We loved absolutely everything about Casa Monti. The list is long; customer service, location, design, food, facilities. One of the best experiences we have had staying in any hotel. They went above & beyond to make us feel welcome, especially Nicolo & his colleagues were extremely professional & friendly. Everyone had a big smile on their faces & didn't hesitate to jump in to help if we even had a small question. Well done team at Casa Monti :)

New boutique type hotel and hence everything in good shape. Quiet environment and very quiet suite.Good location out of the biggest crowds, yet central. The rooftop bar is lovely.

There’s work to be done to have the service at 5 star level e.g. in room housekeeping. The staff is however very friendly.

Loved the decoration in the hotel, everything is so well though trough. The room was amazing as well. Breakfast and dinner was also top notch.

Colourful, design, details, sound-proofing, beautiful bathrooms, unique amenities at turndown, location, staff. Loved the family apartment. It worked well for us.

Fabulous location - felt like an oasis as soon as you walked in the door. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Had very nice dinner and breakfast. Our room filled with little extras - just an overall fabulous experience.

Perfect neighborhood, not too crowded, good restaurants and cafés nearby.A walking distance from the city center.Good breakfast.The room was very comfortable and beautifully furnished.

The Hotel, Staff and Staff were outstanding and went above and beyond to be there for us.Even shutting our curtains at night and having our slippers beside out beds too!We also loved the location which was very quiet and relaxing. Many cool bars and resturants down the bottom of the street we enjoyed! Loved it!! We will be back

Very interesting design of the hotel. Opened 2024. Located near Colosseum and Trajan Forum, good Restaurant. Very nice and helpful staff.

The room was a bit small

One of the best hotel stays we’ve ever had anywhere in the world. Everything about the hotel is perfect. Location is ideal for eating, drinking and sightseeing and the hotel staff make you feel relaxed and at home from the moment you arrive. The design and fittings in the hotel are perfectly stylish without being too much. We’re looking forward to when we can return.

Wow! It is such a long time since I stayed in a hotel with such high quality and standards. The facilities are amazing, perfectly neat, and staff makes every effort to ensure accommodating guests' needs. Location is perfect as well, very close to key sites but not in a busy road

The hotel staff were fantastic. Very helpful. Couldn’t have been nicer.

The breakfast was disappointing. Not enough variety in the fruit choice and the scrambled eggs were way overcooked.The bathroom was large and lovely except for the fact that the toilet roll holder was too close to the toilet so that the toilet paper roll kept getting knocked off. Very annoying.

The hotel is very well decorated with high attention to detail. The staff was very friendly and created a personal touch to our stay which differentiates them from the rest of the larger, less personable 5 star hotels where you feel you’re one of a 100 guests.
