- Stag is very friendly and helpful. It is only about 8-10 waliking mins from the Roma Termini station.
- big, clean and comfortable room friendly staff
- It is a good location .
Cons -
- corridors were not very tidy
- There was not hot water at 11 pm and that was a little unconfortable , the guy i called was a bit rude and told me the problem was that i was taking a shower at that time ( i should be able to take one anytime i feel like right ) . Other then that ot was fair , the front desk guys were polite - another thing is the bell kept ringing at the front desk and it was soo loud and it was late at night . I would not go back there . Also there was some strange pipes with scotch tape coming out of hole in the wall next to the toilette
- There was a non-pleasant smell inside the room...strongest in the bathroom! And the flow , although tiled, it was quite sticky on the feet.

It was a 12 minutes walking to the station, which is reasonable. Wifi was great and the attendant was friendly.

Nice receptionist, very near train station and newer room
Very dirty room! and no hot water in the shower
No breakfast, but room for the price, one of the best I've had in Rome
no TV remote
Great location to the train station. Good affordable place to stay. Looks like many improvements have been done to this place.
Improvements are being done so please be aware there are a few pipes etc sticking out of the wall in places but these have been covered appropriately.
Staff was helpfull
Bedroom with strong sewage smell. Bathroom door closes and drains shut. Still strong stinky smell.Water needs pump to get to the last floor. Everytime it started it was noisy.People smoking in the room under ours. Th8s woman was with her window open and the smokel would go up and hit our ac unit. Typical addicted unpolite behavior.I do not recommend this place. It was an emergency due to a booking mistake for another place but I wouldn't do it again.
Bad
They had no staff at the reception, so we were constantly looking for them on the phone. Before check in (around 08.30) they couldn't hold our bags because there was no staff at the hotel. In the end, we left them at 10.00. We told them we would check in at 21.00. They had no problem. When we arrived they told us that there was a problem with the room and if we wanted we could go to another hotel that they had found for us.Zero professionalism. The worst hotel we have ever visited.

The property is in a very good location near Rome's central station (cafes, restaurants, a grocery store across the street from the hotel, etc.) Personally, for me, when I travel to a city for a few days, as long as the property is comfortable and offers me a good location and whatever I might need is nearby, it is enough.
I had air conditioning, the shower was great. I was out partying at night, so I slept in late. I didn't need my room cleaned, to be honest, but I would recommend leaving one or two rolls of toilet paper in a drawer. Almost on my last day, I thought about buying some, but the front desk guy gave me an extra one. Everything else was fine with me.
It’s clean and in a good location, is cheap and close to the station. The bedding and towels were new and clean, fridge available in the room
I had to ring the bell so many times before someone came to reception and before leaving I had the same issue , I rang the bell repeatedly but nobody came so I just left the key on the desk on floor 5 where the rooms are as the rooms and reception are on 2 different floors.
The room was very big and renovated. The air conditioning worked well. Tv was brand new. Mattress super comfortable. Location great
Good value for money since we needed to leave from Termini very early morning. The hotel is just 5 minutes from the station.
Área is very noisy at night
Clean room and close to the main station. The bathrooms were well cleaned, there was new paper and shampoo, towels and bed linen were in good condition.
The staff didn't speak English very well, and that was the only language they spoke. It wasn't clear where to hand over the keys, so I just left them at the front desk.
We were honestly quite worried after reading all of these negative reviews, but we were positively surprised by this hotel room! It was clean, the renovations paid off, the water was warm, the bed comfortable.. We couldn't have asked for more.
The WIFI didn't quite work and our room was right next to the reception which made it a bit loud sometimes, but it was fine for staying only one night.
The owner was very Nice and helpful
The hotel was still in works, which can be a little inconvenient, so keep it in mind if you go any time soon. There was no air conditioner and we were told it was going to be installed right away, but we left before they even put it on. In the summer of Rome, you can guess how uncomfortable it can be.On our last day, there was problems with the plumbing and our room was flooded, as well as other rooms. We get it is a rising hotel, starting new, so best of luck to the owner.Bonus points for his simpathy, and the location.
Nothing much.
No tv, no soap/ shampoo.
The staff was attentive and polite. The owner tried very hard to please. Very good location to the train station only 5 minutes
The furniture is old and not in the best condition, the soundproofing is poor.
hotel for one night good location cheaper than others there was no hot water the administrator knew that there was none but turned it on after a request. The water is turned on from the room in which people were staying and he opened their door and turned on the boiler.... the water appeared only after 15 minutes it is very bad to deliberately not turn on the hot water
