Excellent location, walking distance to shops, restaurants and in a very safe area. Friendly staff, assorted pastries and beverages at breakfast time.

My room was in construction area. it was very beaten up. I paid --- euro per night and saw it all over the Internet for --- euro.The staff acted like they spoke no English to avoid the issues. My room was not three stars.

The staff is really friendly and helpful. The breakfast has a good variety and quality. The beds are really comfortable. The room and the hotel itself is very clean. The location is great! It is in a safe area with commerce nearby and a lot of transports.Very good price-quality rate! If I ever come to Rome again, will definitely stay here.

The toilet flushed constantly all night and the man at the desk said that we could use the toilet downstairs by reception. He said that the toilet had been broken and fixed once before already. We had little to no sleep and this was a shame as the room itself was good. They said they couldn’t fix it and had nowhere else to put is. We even had to use a blanket to put over the flushing toilet to fill the sound.

Breakfast was good with good selection and variety. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Bathroom was excellent.Great location

Breakfast room was small and usually crowded.First room I was allocated was very poor but I was moved to another when asked.

Breakfast was lovely. The room was basic but so clean and comfortable. We arrived at 3.30am but the staff were so nice, helpful and really made us feel welcome. Lovely atmosphere. Would recommend.

Room is a bit small, bed not too comfortable and it's a small version of a normal single bed. Nearly fall out most nights. Breakfast was standard but could have an alternative to the hot cooked food with something different everyday.

Conveniently located close to Termini and Piazza Della Repubblica, clean, with kind staff and great breakfast.

Good location, in 3 days we walked everwhere (~50kms of walk). Room was decent, bed and pillows were good.

Squeaking door that the maid use all the time and woke us up more than once.

Room is clean and updated, but a little small, was good enough for a 2 night stay. Breakfast is OK. It's about 15 min walk to Roma Termini (main train station)

Toilet is quite narrow, body soap smells like old people so we bought our own. About 1 mile away from major tourist attractoins

The breakfast was Okay… nothing outstanding. The location worked for us, because I needed to visit embassies that were 30 mins walk… but there is nothing interesting in close proximity.

The Bed was like a board, extremely hard and very uncomfortable… the linen was course and the blanket was like sandpaper. I had bites from something in the bed. The room soundproofing is non existent and we constantly had noise from neighbours, even talking quietly was extremely audible. The room was cold, even when we turned the heating up to 25… the radiator in the bathroom was not operational and the bathroom was a sliver against an entire glass window that let out any heat there was to the atrium… the reception was not hospitable… when we checked in, there was no welcome, you feel like you are a hindrance and there was no information offered about breakfast or anything else… it was here your key and you need to pay the room tax. When we asked for a late check out, it was refused claiming the place was entirely booked when it was not. They have a late check in at 15:00 and I have never had a hotel ever refuse a late check out of at least 12:00. After arguing with them, we got a 1 hour extension but I chose to not use it and left immediately after breakfast… when we asked for tea in the room, it was initially denied, and took several explanations to get some… housekeeping did not replenish the tea nor sugar in the room and there is no milk for that matter… My girlfriend did not sleep well any night we stayed. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel. If you do stay here, make sure you deal with reception only when the women are on duty.

Breakfast was good but maybe try omelettes somé mornings. Also fresh fruit quality was only so so. Would be nice to have a sitting room on ground floor since bedrooms are not all that big.

The location was very good, you could walk to many attractions in about 20-25 mins. The breakfast was decent, but it could be improved in quality and variety.

The triple room was very small. The staff didn't clean the room regularly, did not make the beds, change the sheets and mop the floor.

The wifi signal is so weak. The ventilator in the bathroom doesn't work and the AC system is so complicated to get it to work.

We reserved a room for 4 adults and they give us a room for 2 persons and a sofa for 1 personThey said to us we dont have another room available and they left

The room was immaculate. The breakfast was very good, I appreciated that I could make coffee and tea in my room, and the little refrigerator to keep drinks cold.The afternoon concierge was an absolute peach ! He was very friendly and helpful.

It wasn't the quietest hotel room I ever stayed in, but it wasn't the loudest either.

The location of this hotel was excellent, because it is away from the main attractions of the city, and at the same time all these tourist attractions are just minutes away, even walking. The breakfast and the ladies serving it were great! They prepared coffee for us and helped with our plates. There's a great pizzeria one block away.
