Room boiling hot, no AC , really noisy if window open, handle fell off bathroom door, shelf in bathroom hanging off. Staff except one rude and dismissive. No sleep during whole stay

Location is good near Termini station and walking distance from sights. Breakfast was good enough. Staff at the reception was very friendly

Location so close to Termini can be a bit restless. Room had no sound proof at all. You can hear everything from streets, hall way and neighbour rooms.

Good place. Clean, simple, nice personal in reception. Vert comfortible to travel because next to termini station. Spend here 4nights

Poor breakfast. Only boiled eggs, ham and cheese for sandwich. But very delicious cakes and other sweet food.

Extremely friendly staff, nice breakfast and the location is close to the Colosseum.

The location was convenient for exploring Rome and close to transport and major sights.

For money paid with breakfast included it did everything that you'd need. Travelled with my parents and siblings. Location was excellent. Literally 5 min max walk from Termini for trains buses and metro. Breakfast very standard but it does what you need it to it. Would I come back here? Yes I would

I was in room on 2nd floor. Rooms cleaned to very high standard. What I didn't like was shower in the bath with a glass door but water leaked constantly put side of glass onto floor. So constantly had to dry up floor using towels after shower. And rinsing them into the bath. Also heating wasn't working in my room. For January heating was needed. My parents and siblings was in 2 seperate rooms on 4th floor and they were happy with their rooms.

The location is near Termini station which was great bc we had an early morning flight and needed to catch a bus. The room was clean, had all the facilities. The receptionist guy (we didn’t ask a name, but he work till evening 8 o’clock) was super friendly and helpful. He offered to send our postcards back home, so we didn’t need to search for mailbox since there was raining heavily! Breakfast and fresh coffee (which is made by Italian lady) was delicious.

It was cold in the room to sleep at night - I believe there was a small gap in the window. Also there could be a card to hang on the door if you want the cleaning lady to come in or not. It didn’t bother us, but some people might want that :)

Clean room, helpfull staff, really nice place 5min. from central station Termini. Definitely coming back. Grazie!

It is so clean and friendly staff, in center of town few minutes far ways from attractions.

Cold room...... The electricity doesn't work after I remove the card to turn off the light. Even my phone charger doesn't work. I don't recommend this hotel.

Location is very good for those traveling alone, the hotel is one block from the bus Hop on-hop off, two from train station and major bus that circulate in town.

The bed was uncomfortable, room very small and tea or coffee machine at the room.

Breakfast was cereal but only cornflakes or branflakes would have liked more choice. Bread. Boiled eggs. Yoghurts. Selection of cheese & meats. Plus as much tea & coffee as you could drink. Would have been nice to be able to make toast. Room is tiny so i am glad we were there in January as cannot imagine this in a busy summer period

There is no hotel bar or communal area where you can make tea or coffee. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room as we had a mini fridge so we could have bought milk for the tea/coffee ourselves. We ike a cuppa at night as our night cap

In the bathroom, the flush was not clean, the temperature controller was not working, and the hotel was old.

Location and breakfast were great.

Paper thin walls and super hard bed. Fortunately, the neighbours were not loud, but I could still hear them plainly.
