Pros +

  • The modern and high end interior of the room. Everything was brand new and clean. The outside atmosphere was exactly what we did book. Like an agriculture hotel in the nature but with all the facilities. They had a restaurant but unfortunately we didn't try. The hotel was close to Mestre, which was close to Venice. Also, nice and friendly people always willing to help..
  • Perfect stay. Good location. Quiet and peaceful place.
  • The place itself was amazing. The room was awesome.

Cons -

  • There was no double bed as we asked and was a bit pricy (90/night) but we visited on high season I guess. (Carnival Season)
  • Ok so - the people who works here are confused and obviously dont comunicate with each other. On my arrival I knew I m gonna be very late so first around 4pm I sent them msg via booking.com application chat - no answer from them (eventhough I already communicate with them there before). Than around 6pm some guy sent me a text asking me what time im gonna arrive. I WAS SO HAPPY FOR THAT and told him that my navigation (I was comming by car from Prague) showes me arrival time 23:10. He said Ok and that he is gonna be there for me. Just before 23:00, when I was about 20mins far away from that place, called me some woman and told me THAT ITS TOO LATE, ALL PEOPLE THERE ARE HAVING FAMILIES TO GO HOME TO AND THAT THEY CANCEL MY BOOKING... (good to know is that I already paid for the whole stay) I was shocked like never before. I asked her WHERE SHOULD I STAY If i have to stay on street but she didnt care. She repets to say that I can complain at booking.com. It made me cry. I was so confused and than I read again the text from that guy who told me that he is gonna be there to check me in and I called her back and told her about this agreement with someone from there. She didnt know that guy by name and I had to give her his phone number, than she said she will double check. Than was silence.... So I called her back and she said that is ok and I can come and that guy is going to let me in. That was all. No sorry or bit of emphaty. In few minutes I arrived and yes, that guy was there - very cool guy, without any problems that he wait there for me... He was awesome!!! After all I found out that that lady didnt even know that i have been talking with someone from there. NOW GUYs - I dont know why you offer your rooms on booking.com if you dont want to order people from there. You made me feel realy bad. THAT IS NOT NORMAL TO TREAT CUSTOMERS WHO PAID FULL PRICE IN ADVANCE LIKE THAT!
