- The hotel's location is amazing! Right next to Saint Marco's square and to many shops and restaurants! The room had a very good bed and mattress! The Staff was very helpfull and cleaning lady came every day! Bathroom was newly renovated and very clean!
- Best thing about this place is no doubt the location. Right near the main square and less than 10 minute walk from Rialto. Also close to water taxi stops
- The location was great! The staff was super helpful!
Cons -
- The room's door was not soundproof. Sounds and some light could pass through. We could hear the other tenants through the wall also. A door upgrade would be much appreciated! Maybe a new wall to wall carpet would be good too.
- Very dinky hotel and the mattress is hard. Needs updating
- The rooms were not as clean we would have liked. The bed was uncomfortable and lumpy.
