San Marco Palace offers luxury accommodations in an unbeatable location in Saint Mark's Square. Set in the heart of Venice, it features air conditioned rooms and suites with elegant Venetian furnishings. With hardwood floors and patterned rugs, accommodation here also features satellite TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Some suites also have a balcony or terrace overlooking St. Mark’s Bell Tower. The staff at San Marco Palace can provide useful tourist information and arrange a free trip to a Murano glass factory. Free Wi-Fi access is available at reception. A large buffet breakfast is available each morning, while the restaurant serves Italian dishes in a refined atmosphere. - The hotels name is different from the outside. Totally confusing to locate. It¿s San Marco Royal instead Palace as advertised. The staff was accommodating . Breakfast was great.
- Location was key for this business. Being close to San Marco and Rialto with shopping and restaurants was well received.
- 1st, the location is great! 2nd, the room was spacious 3rd, the staff were very helpful and friendly
Cons -
- The room was very uncomfortable-both the bed and the couch were extremely out of date and are in need of replacement.
- Its hard to find the hotel. The location is hard to find it. It took us over 40mints to find it. But its not far. Its hidden place.
- The furnishings are in need of an update but the size of the room, location of the hotel, and the price made up for this.
