Pros +
- The location couldn?t be more central. The breakfast was lovely. This was the first hotel in Italy that was actually quiet at night! We enjoyed our stay.
- Good location and breakfast was enjoyable (staff and selection made it nice) Room was just ok for the price. Desk staff seemed uninterested in offering any information about their own hotel.
- The location is very good. It¿s a few minutes walk from S.Marco Square. the water bus stops are in front of the hotel entrance .At stop C by Line 2 it is to/from the Lucia train station .
Cons -
- Do not book if you can?t do stairs. The stairwells are kind of weird. We had to take the elevator up and then walk down stairs to get yo our room. Rooms are small and cozy, but outdated. No sockets by bed for charging.
- Things in room didn¿t work. Tv, hairdryer etc.
- A little outdated and the breakfast wasn't the greatest. Still acceptable.

The location was unbelievable. The staff was more than accommodating. It's an older building with older fixtures in the rooms but what do you really expect from a venice hotel?! It was in walking distance to everything. Photo ops galore.
A little outdated and the breakfast wasn't the greatest. Still acceptable.
