- The room was large and the staff was friendly

- Nice Quite location not too far from ghetto, friendly service and helpful with tourist info.
Cons -
- The hotel is not in a convenient location at all. It was a very long walk away from any of the stops on the public water taxi. Our A/C didn't work. The room looked dirty and the shower was terrible. The beds were so uncomfortable.
- Shower tub might be inconvenient for seniors/older or handicap people. Breakfast buffet MUST have VEGAN options. Like healthy bread, nut milk, vegan butter, more vegan choices.
- room needs a bit updating and some more amenities.

The room was large and the staff was friendly

Location, staff and amenities.
Hours after booking we had to change plans not to visit Venice, upon doing so I contacted various folks to try to cancel the booking. The hotel was very strict on this and would only allow moving dates, not cancel even after booking for only 4 hours.
