Pros +

Location. Took the orange line water bus, got off at the 2nd stop, hotel was only steps away
Clean and comfy.
The staff was very helpful before (with explaining how to navigate Venice to get to and from the hotel) our arrival and after (suggestions on what we should see/do while there).

Cons -

The shower is tiny and the room is very small. If you are going to be there longer than a night, you might want to get a bigger room.
I didn't pick up on the concerns for the high tide in the canals. We were stranded for two hours our last day and missed our planned activities because we couldn't get out of the hotel due to the flooded sidewalk.
Small rooms, but cool for the value. My daughter and I are small so it wasnt a problem for us.
