Staff was both english and spanish speaker besides italian and that always helpful. The location is super good everything is on walking distance literally everything

Cons -

I didnt like that on the second day i noticed our room door didn?t felt like it locked well, just a pull from inside and it opened without twisting the lock it made me feel uncomfortable

Room was dirty, black markings all over the walls. Definitely a 1 star hotel. Have to use your room key ( they will only give one) to use any electricity so can?t use fridge at all. Also didn?t get advised that?s how anything works
