- The room was clean and really nice. The staff was super friendly and even made dinner reservations for us so we didn¿t have to wonder and find a place to eat. The hotel is right on the Grand Canal and walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good to.
- Every one of the staff were extremely helpful. We had an early morning flight out and they packed us each a to go breakfast. They went up and beyond!

The hotel is a short walk from the train station. Hotel employees went above and beyond to make our first visit to Venice pleasantly memorable. The entire staff was friendly and more than helpful. Breakfast included in room rate.
