Pension marie is conveniently located near the S-bahn and walking distance to a grocery store and the large Mauerpark, plus many nice restaurants, bars, and convenient stores. We were able to travel by bike everywhere we needed.

Cons -

This is the definition of "no frills." Our basic needs were met. The room was hot and sticky, with no fan and just one window into a well trafficked courtyard. Shower and sink didn't drain well. We ran out of hot water after 1.5 showers.
