The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect!

The location was decent, close to Tram station. Also the friend that I traveled with got a room with a balcony, which was important to him. The balcony seemed to be nice. And the room was pretty clean.

The bed was very uncomfortable. It was a twin bed which is two single beds connected. And I asked for a double bed and they couldn't provide me. Also the mattress and bed were very, very uncomfortable.When I reached the staff and asked them for a room with a different bed and they told me that this bed should be okay for me and didn't provide me with any solution.Also, all the rooms have an automatic closing mechanism, which made them slam hard when they're being closed. So when I tried to rest during the early morning or later, I couldn't because every time someone got out of the room or into the room, the slamming of the doors really, really bothered me and wouldn't let me take a rest.The rooms were very minimalistic and provided with a communistic vibe with painted concrete floors, with no carpets. It felt to me very cheap and minimal. Not even a basic hot water / coffee kit in the room.

Location is good if you want to see the remains of the Berlin Wall.

BOOKING.COM listed the room as 3 single beds for 3 adults. I only booked this room because it wasn't a trundle bed. But it WAS a trundle bed and it was BROKEN. My friend ended up sleeping ON THE FLOOR. Hotel blamed BOOKING.COM, they both did nothing. I'm never trusting BOOKING.COM again.

Was a long way out but we chose so was our choice. Liked being close the Wall museum though

A nice hotel at a historic location. A big hotelgarten were you can sit and relax after a long day. Haven't used the breakfast and restaurant. The room was fine with two seperate beds and a large bathroom. Situated at the front facing North so it was not to warm at the end of the day. Three big windows that could open all the way so ventilation was no problem!

There was no mini fridge, that would be a nice addition. And the matress and pillows were to thin for me. TV reception was not great, it could use a signal amplifier I guess. And limited channels but that's the same everywhere. I just watched the Olympics!

Location, the space, the terrace, the staff were great

It was a little pricey but we did visit when the football started, even though that wasn't why we were there. The room is a bit clinical.

The restaurant and bars were closed to guests as they had private party. The rooms and towels were not cleaned or changed even though we requested them to be

The staff were helpful and friendly. We asked about public transport in the area and they pointed us in the right direction.

Bit noisy at times but expected in capital city.

Staff was very helpful. I chose the location to be close to the course that I attended and found out there are sights, restaurants and experiences to be found in abundance in the area.

For some odd reason it always smelled of cigarettesmoke in the hallway on second floor.

Conveniently located near the wall and for underground stations. Spacious and clean rooms plus bathroom.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, we could hear the lift noise all night.

The rooms were really big. The location was convenient for us and our meetings and not too far from the center.

One of the members of staff doing check in for us, was not polite. The toilettes smelled really bad everytime we returned to the room. As a resukts the room also smelled. Not just my room but the rooms of my colleagues as well. It was sewer smell. All rooms were like that from check in to check out. The matress was not good. The bedsheets were not good either and should be replaced. You could see that they had been washed many many times. The duvet was quite small.

The room is big, however the bathroom not smell well, and the design terrible, they are able to improve it, also the lift is very slow. The best thing is the location with a lot of public tranports.

Location was great for us, close to public transport and in a very quiet and nice area. Reception personnel was very helpful and nice all the time. Room we have selected was very big with a nice balcony, heading into a nice garden.

Breakfast was pretty poor, not too much selection and also very small quantities available, especially the warm meals. They seem to prepare only for 2-3 people at a time, although there were at least 15 people at breakfast each morning. You have to ask for omlete to be refilled :( and it took them quite a while to bring some.

Breakfast could be better. No quality ham, few options on fruit, cake’s, no natural juices…

Hot water

There was a bad smell of cigarettes in the hallway and inside the room. The room was simple and all in all wasn’t worth the price! The breakfast was expensive so we didn’t even consider taking it. The room didn’t even have coffee/ tea. Very poor hosting.

Excellent location, quiet, near to the Berlin Wall memorial, good public transport nearby. Beautiful hotel and gardens. Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Lovely meals.Beautiful rooms with great facilities.

Nothing we didn’t like. It was excellent.
