Pros +

Price for the location was unmatched. Granted this location was close to the things I wanted to do. Might not be right if you want a super touristy experience
The spaciousness of our studio apartment. Comfortable beds!

Cons -

Automated check in failed to work, hotel front desk staff incredibly unhelpful
The kitchen was definitely not well equipped. Lacked dish detergent, sponge, dish towel, hot pads, hot mat (do you want customers to put a hot pan directly on the table?), maybe paper towels.
No aircondition
