Beautifully appointed rooms in one of the prettiest neighborhoods in Berlin. Excellent front-of-the-house team. Delightful experience.

Room was nice and warm

Didn’t respond to messages and the reception staff were a little cold. It’s quite expensive for what it is.

The sauna was brilliant when coming from outside (-10 degC). The breakfast was very nice and the staff was very helpful, including requests for freshly baked eggs. My room was very well laid out, clean and quiet as I requested.

I stayed at KPM Hotel while attending a conference at Messe Berlin, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The location is superb — quiet and peaceful, yet within walking distance to Tiergarten (about 1 km if you enjoy a brisk walk) and even the Zoo. The S-Bahn station at Tiergarten is just 10 minutes away on foot, with frequent trains that get you to Messe Süd in around 15 minutes. Nearby Savignyplatz and Zoologischer Garten are full of great restaurants, cafés, and local gems. The room was clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast was generous and delicious — fresh options with attentive staff. I was especially grateful that the hotel offered a very late check-out without any extra charge — a rare gesture of genuine hospitality. Thank you to the manager and the entire team for their kindness and flexibility. The staff here are truly lovely — warm, passionate, and take pride in their work. It made the stay feel personal. And a bonus: free laundry facilities on-site, which is such a practical touch for longer stays. Overall, I can’t fault this hotel. It’s elegant, quiet, and perfectly located for both work and leisure. I’d highly recommend KPM Hotel to anyone visiting Berlin — especially for conference guests and those wanting a calm retreat near the city’s heart.

Minor suggestions: It would be handy to have international power outlets in rooms, so bring a travel adaptor. Irons are available on request, but having one in each room would be convenient.

Pleasant hotel on a quiet location. Well equipped room with a comfortable bed

Breakfast seemed expensive so we ate elsewhere after the first morning

Amazing value for money, and the apartments were fantastic - clearly designed with great attention to detail! The beds were super comfortable, and it felt like home from the very first moment thanks to the great staff, the treats in the room and the environment. Truly special!

The hotel is nicely furnished with a nice design. SPA is small but very convenient. Cleanness and a great, high quality food breakfast, plenty of choice.

The curtains in the room should be more appropriate to protect the room from the morning light. This was a bit missing, so we woke up in a very early morning because of the light. With this small improvement the hotel is just perfect location to stay and discover Berlin.

This was our first visit to Berlin, and thanks to this hotel, it became truly special! Absolutely everything — from the warm welcome and friendly staff to the clean, cozy, and comfortable room — was perfect.A special thank you to Gabriella and Lee for their kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to help with anything we needed.The location is excellent — everything you need is nearby, and it’s easy to reach the city center. Breakfasts were delicious and varied.We truly felt like valued guests. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Berlin!

Quite , good location , nice stuff and hotel is model and clean

Rooms are high-tech, well designed and clean. The hotel restaurant is absolute pinnacle. We will make this go to hotel for us every time we visit Berlin.

Nothing really

Modern,very clean, free mini bar as a bonus, good location and quite area. Good restaurant downstairs.

Staff at the réception is not welcoming and supportive. The breakfast is very expensive but not worth it.

Absolutely everything! We come to Berlin a couple of times per year and we were looking for a good place to stay. We almost gave up on the idea that there is a really good hotel that checks all the boxes. Until now. We will definitely come back. The hotel, stuff, restaurant, design and cleanliness of the rooms, comfy beds - that’s a yes!

Pleasant rooms, quiet location near the Tiergarten S-Bahn station, good value for money. Easy to reach by train from the AirPort.

Atmosphere was calming, staff excellent (the older gentleman on reception and his staff really pleasant and efficient.The young lady in charge of breakfasts ran a very efficient and friendly restaurant. Special mention to the cook's wonderful omelettes !Very good location for travel within and around Berlin using S Bahn and U Bahn. Great position close to the River Spree Excellent to view the amazing kpm pottery facilitiesGym really nice atmosphere and good facilities
