Very cute, cozy and clean. Not too close but also not far from the center of the city.

1) No A/C. Bugs flew in when windows open 2) Only paid street parking available 3) Unfriendly staff exceeded friendly staff

Nice clean room with very nice location. Nice breakfast.

Room was small but had a tilted roof which made it feel even smaller . There was no ventilation inside the bathroom. All of the hotel was a little dark. In general however it was a nice experience.

The room was very small and so dark, that applying nail polish or cleaning the room after dark was almost impossible. Too few sockets by the bed, in the existing ones the power was usually too low to charge devices, the duvet was like a baby duvet, not large enough for an adult, definitely not right for a double bed, the bed sheets fabric was artificial (polyester?) and didn't work with sweat well. There was someone elese's hair in the duvet, the toilet was smelly and there was po* on the walls. I hated the digital chceckin, it's a way to have guests work insted of the reception staff. I hoped to pay in cash too, the hotel is cashless. There was no tea, no fridge, no utenslils in the room. No proper workstation no space to eat. Good location.

Great room - stylish and comfortable.

Ipad based check in - filling out info that a human receptionist doesn’t asknfor. Unfriendly- only rescued bybthe friendly receptionist- so what’s the point? Just getting more of my data?

Nestled away from the Main Street. The lobby is reached by elevator to the underground and looks immaculate. Dark and cosy. The rooms have a great colour scheme and seem new and well maintained. The windows are so incredibly sound proof. You only really notice when you close them and then are greeted by the calm silence of your room. The sister cafe/restaurant next door, Factory Girl, is fantastic. Highly highly recommend. Lovely staff at the cafe as well as the hotel.

A wall mounted lamp mounted near the bed was wobbly. It would also be nice if there were a few extra coffee pods. But very happy with the Nespresso machine that was there.

Really great location for accessing some of the main sights and lots of bars and restaurants. Hotel itself is lovely, very nice reception area and staff were extremely friendly.

We booked a cozy room and it certainly was cozy! A bit on the small side for two adults but did the job for a weekend. Main issue was how dark the room was, really needed some better lighting.

The building is super nice and the room is really confortable, they accept pets, I have my cat (4kgs) with me, and it was all good.

Unfortunately I didn’t notice there was no mini fridge when booking, so you’ll end up eating on restaurants all the time.

Beautiful property, good location. They also managed to check us in early as we were on an early flight which was much appreciated.

Our Room was clean and in good condition. 2 bottles of water, nespresso , spacious bathroom.

In my opinion need more light in room.

The hotel was in a good central location. The rooms were clean and taken care of. Staff was ready to help when we faced any problems. The breakfast buffet was tasty and filling. After checking out, we were able to leave our luggage there until our flight.

During the first days, there was an irritating sound that was going on 24/7 which didn't let us sleep properly. However, when we complained about it to the receptionist, we were moved to another room and compenseated with free breakfasts which was nice of them!The rooms were a bit too dark, a big lamp was missing from the main room. The room got too moisty after a shower as the bathroom didn't have a ventilator. Also, maybe the room could've used a carpet for outside shoes and hangers for outdoor clothes.

The hotel rooms are not...

I advise you to avoid this hotel in the winter because you will freeze! I stayed at the hotel on January 19-21, 2026 and in the room was very cold. I asked the reception for a heater and I told them that I could pay for this service but they said they didn't have anything like that. They didn't come to check the heating system in my room. This hotel does NOT deserve to be a four star hotel in the winter!

This hotel took me by surprise! Everything felt so clean & modern.

The way the tv only spoke German! I know I am in Germany but maybe take travelers who don’t speak German into consideration!

The location is really nice. Staff is kind.You can bring your dog. It’s very quiet.

The downside is that there is no parking within the facilities.

Had everything needed - shower gel, soap, shampoo, plenty of towels. Very clean

Hot water failed during our stay and took a longtime to resolve with hotel management. A free breakfast softened us and was a good gesture.
