Close to the venue, great location overall in the east

Not sure how to turn on the heater, second time staying there during winter and that’s the only bad part

The view of the East side gallery and the TV Tower, close to the station and some restaurants.

I would have liked a kettle with tea and coffee facilities in the bedroom.

Great location and value.The staff is really friendly.

The curtains for beds would have been really appreciated to not disturb the roommates when returning in the night.

We liked the position

The room was dirty as well as the bedsheets. When we took the shower the water got stucked and took a long time to flush.The breakfast was ok, not a vast selection especially for vegans and if was very chaotic with a long queue for the coffee machine

This hotel is perfectly located between the Ostnahnhof station and a quick walk to the Uber Arena. It is my top choice as it's very convenient and comfortable as a base for travelers coming by train. It's quiet at night and comfortable while being very central.

Both times I stayed at the hotel, at different times of the year, there were large groups of students on bus tours with their teachers. They were dominating the breakfast room each time and it was not always possible for other guests to sit or eat comfortably.

Amazing location - Berlin Wall to the left, TV Tower right in front. The view of the TV Tower, especially at night, was spectacular. Train station just 2 minutes away on foot. Staff were super friendly. The room was clean and cozy, a bit small, but had everything you need.

The staff was nice and helpful. Checkin was easy. The location is great--very close to the East Side Gallery of the Berlin Wall across the street and to the Ostbahnhof train station. Easy access to central Berlin and Alexanderplatz. The breakfast selection was good, but not the best. Options are limited. The kitchen, breakfast room, and bar areas on the ground floor are nice. The hotel has a funky, modern aesthetic. There's a nice, quiet outdoor garden area.

The climate control in the rooms is terrible and the windows don't really open effectively to compensate. The rooms are very, very small. If you get a quad, it's extremely tight for 4 people. Lots of groups stay at the hotel and we had a bad experience with a HUGE group of German high school students that descended on the breakfast room all at once and created utter chaos for everyone else trying to eat breakfast. This place feels more like a hostel than a hotel even though the room set-up is more hotel-like. I was expecting it to be nicer than it was.

Dirty room, very small room for 3 people and we paid it for 9 nights so we had to stay, the cleaning stuff didnt wipe and didnt clean the bathroom as they had to, the pilows smelled awfull. it looks like Hostel and not Hotel..we would never select Meinenger...

Our room, Breakfast and the whole space was nice for the price we paid.

We came in for a drink and had a really disappointing experience with the bartender. There was a large group at the bar, and I understand they needed attention. However, when I approached and asked if we could order, he told me he would be with us in five minutes — we ended up waiting around 20 minutes.After he finished serving the group, he still didn’t acknowledge us. We were seated right in front of the bar, so I asked again if we could finally order. He responded in a rude tone that we needed to come directly to the bar to order. The way it was communicated felt dismissive and unnecessary.

We had a family room for 5. Do not expect anything crazy, but location is great and it served absolutely the purpose of the great price-value place to stay for a family in Berlin.

It’s close to the station.Public parking nearby is quite inexpensive.I wouldn’t recommend the underground parking, but the ground-level parking is fine.

Many homeless people around the station. The underground parking at the station was terribly smelly. But there are several policemen all the time.

They have everything that the hotel can offer, near train station, friendly staff, especially Michael when i check-in ?, vedirico when i checked-out. i’m not sure about the name.

Nothing comes in my mind for now.

I liked location, its excellent, nearly is metro, after 2 bus station is center, near is also Berlin wall.

This hostel was a big surprise for me. It was very clean, fresh and price was great. Stuff was very nice and location from the Ostbahnhof is like 3 minutes. I stayed one night in the room for 6 people but there was only one person. The room was modern and well equipped. The WiFi was fast and working without any issues. I will come back for my short stays in Berlin for sure.
