I loved the common room with all the facilities. I loved that you are completely independent but still have everything you need.

One staff person was a little unpleasant and unhelpful.

The cleanliness, the polite & friendly staff, the quiet & relaxed atmosphere & the 24/7 beat music that rang in the reception & recreational areas. It wasn't too far from public transport. A whole plethora of restaUranus to choose from in the area. Especially Asian ones. Supermarkets weren't far off either.

Rooms didn't seem to have A/C. Towels were small & looked partially worn. At night room became too warm that I had to sleep with the window open. Using ear plugs was imperative because the passing tram & emergency services always made their presence felt. I wasn't enthralled that the walls in the corridors had been left without plastering or a lick of paint. It made it feel like a bunker or an unfinished project. For shopping, the location is not good.

I liked the amenities downstairs and the washer/dryer access! Also that my room has a small kitchen and I was able to make food for myself some days.

My fav hotel! I love that I can self check in and self check out any time without loosing time talking to people. Great design, comfy, super clean, cool stuff

Location is great. Very nice design. Good sound isolation. Has all the essentials everyone would need.

We just missed some sugar in our room, but of course this didn't affect our stay at all

Beds were super comfy. Good facilities and nice and clean.

Bathrooms are a little less private than other hotels but not too much of a problem.

The location is very good and the check-in/check-out process is quick and seamless. There's a tram stop at the front.

Only one elevator was working and it can only take 2 people at a time. This slowed things down. The shower also didn't drain the water quick enough and we ended up with a pool on our feet every time.

Great location close to public transport. Convenience store, supermarket, coffee shop and takeout place all on the same corner - and all kinds of restaurants nearby as well. Check in was easy and free luggage storage the day of checkout.

Nothing wrong with it! I would recommend this to anyone. A good sized, well equipped apartment - easy. 10/10 for me, and good location too. Go ahead and book it. There is nothing I didn't like so I'm not sure why I have to keep typing...

Location, laundry, helpful staff. I met a few people in the building that I had been dancing with at sisyphos, which was cool.

One elevator was broken and someone was stuck in the working one once, so I never used the elevators. Additionally the building was evacuated from a fire alarm. Oddly, there was a bag taped over my smoke detector in the room. I assume this was from the previous tenant but was shocked that the staff didn’t see that.

Great hotel in a great spot. Aesthetically pleasing, comforting, and had tons of amenities like on-site laundry and food and beverage you could pay for. The first two nights, the neighboring room was incredibly loud and kept us up all night. When I asked to move to a different room, the hosts/staff were incredibly helpful and swiftly got me into a new room. Loved the location as well!

It got a little too warm at night, even in September, so I wish there was air conditioning. But it wasn't terrible. I would stay here again in the fall or winter for sure.

Easy check-in and check out. Spacious room. Comfortable bed and linens.

Some unnecessary furniture in the room occupied the room. Overall some of the functionality could be improved. Only one elevator working.

I liked the room. It was a well designed small space and very comfortable. It had everything I needed: comfortable bed, a place to sit (other than the bed), a table and basic kitchen, nice bathroom. I appreciated the laundry facilities even though I don't like the WeWash app. I liked the location, and check-in was very easy.

We like all of it. We came back for the fourth time. We love it!

The only thing I can say is that there aren’t enough dishes and some extra stuff, cutlery, salt dish soap, pots- etc. all would benefit from some additional kitchenware.

Location was great, so was the urban vibe of the place. Had all the needed amenities. Very good size of the room for luggage and other belongings.

Pillows had no consistency. Bed could have been bigger and its position was not the best since one person was always sleeping beside a wall. Sink in the bath was clogged. Didn't have much space for two to operate in the apartment (only one chair!). Lightning was not great.

Everything was good - big, comfortable room, clean, nice amenities. Good location in Berlin and nice, lively neighborhood. Good to also have a small kitchen to prepare small things, fridge available too, overall nice stay for a few days in Berlin. I would stay here again.

More like an improvement idea - I travelled solo, but I would have liked the bed to have more pillows, and be setup as for 2 people, as in the pictures - it would have been more comfortable ☺️
