Rooms are spacious! It’s very conveniently located for visiting Europe’s largest inner-city animal park (15 mins walk / 4 mins by tram). It’s tucked away in a lovely residential area with abundant green space yet only ~20 mins away from central Berlin (Hackescher Markt / Rotes Rathaus) on the subway or S-Bahn.

Facilities were exceptional and location was very good. Close to train/tram stops. Very clean and tidy. Staff was very friendly and ready to help with any kind of matter.

Room was neat and clean , bed was fine. Wahrrom was quite big and clean.

price could be little bit low for that size of room.

Great location for travel into the city centre, very friendly and helpful reception welcome, good size room, parking space was good for us, clean.

En-suite was a little cramped, difficult to stop the water escaping from the shower, a couple of hooks to dry the towels would be helpful.

Room was very spacious and location was close to Sbahn in a nice neighbourhood. Fridge and waterboiler were a nice addition.

The small couchbed intended for the third person (child) was terrible. Very small and uncomfortable. Also the front door being locked when reception is vacant and having to go through the side doors and gate was not too comfortable. Parking was full (only 2 spots available) so had to park on the street quite far away.

Good and quiet location,a-barn is close by lots of local businesses around,private parking spot but there’s only two spots on site.

Feels kinda stuck in time,everything seems quite old and I guess it would need a proper renovation. One key opening 3 doors including your room doesn’t seem to safe. Price is way off imho.

There was a really pleasant woman at reception who allowed us to check in a bit earlier and was very friendly overall. The location is excellent, with several tram lines nearby. There’s also an Aldi supermarket close by, along with many cafes and shops where you can buy anything you need.There was a coffee machine with sugar and coffee creamer provided in the room. The bed was clean, and the room had a TV and everything you might need. Additionally, it was very quiet, allowing for a relaxing stay

bead wasnt too comfortable, but ok. the current in the shower was very weak.

It was clean and great for the concert I went to. The location was perfect

The floors were squeaky and could hear steps of others. The shower was really narrow and I never knew if there was WiFi

parking when we arrived was fully occupied we had to park on the street, the receptionist couldn't speak English at all, communication only via Google translator. in the bathroom no soup.

I really liked this little hotel it is really clean and they cleaned it everyday, the staff is really helpful doesnt speak much english but still helped a lot

At 3rd floor the wifi is sometimes slow but still good

Comfortable and spacious for the price, charging ports next to bed were very convenient. Cute decor!

No head board on the bed made it uncomfortable to lean back on.
