B&B Hotel Berlin-Charlottenburg

The location worked well for us, it was close to lots of public transit options and amenities

It was kinda dirty

The location was great for an event at the Olympic Stadium and right on a subway line. Great food options within a 5-15 minute walk. Rooms were basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a decent spread to get you started for the day. Easy to get around all over Berlin from this nice neighborhood.

The family room was a bit tight but it worked.

The spot was great, and the view.

The bathroom was clean, but the grout between the tiles was yellowish. There was no hot water maker in room. The info sheet in the room didn't mention the coffee machine in the basement, I only saw it on the last day when checking out.

It was the worst holiday and hotel I have ever stayed! Such a terrible attitude from the reception and back office, they were lying non stop, which was very unprofessional. Apparently, their business is not going well due to such attitude and negligence, I recommend to stay away from them, to choose something else, plenty hotels and apartments in Berlin are much better with more flexible and good offers!

Good location if you travel by car as you avoid the Berlin traffic. Metro station in front of the hotel. Easy check in and no check out needed. Breakfast was good. Parking is vailable for a cost.

Quiet with window closed even though we were on the front of hotel, U & S trains both nearby, great restaurants in area, comfortable bed, right down street from Schloss Charlottenburg

no coffee or kettle in room, & a mini-fridge would've been nice but not essential. Luckily, Sophie's Cafe nearby is excellent for breakfast!

Amazing location and very good facilities. Very clean, plenty of space in the room, towels and toiletries were provided - everything you may need for a short stay. AC was a lifesaver during the hot July days!

The pillows were quite uncomfortable, very flat.

I booked couple days before didn’t check much a bout hotel I liked the location close to everything and it’s nice and relaxing room made best Choice. If you want to take U and S. it’s only one stop to change to Airport I took a taxi because I hade lots luggage next day hade to go to airport took a train was so easy

Room was clean, already cooled before we came in.The parking garage underground was also good, outside you don't find any parking space.

Nothing, everything was alright.

The hotel's location and basic services were quite satisfactory. It’s close to a park and just 20 meters from the metro station. The rooms were bright and spacious, which we really appreciated.The only downside was the absence of a minibar or any kind of fridge in the room — which turned out to be quite inconvenient for us. :(We didn’t try the breakfast, but we heard good things about it.

Staff were friendly, check in was easy. The room was small but comfortable and had everything I needed. It was quiet and warm and I had a good night's sleep. Staff allowed me to store my bag downstairs on my last day and I used the reception to work a little. I would stay here again. The area around the hotel felt safe. Lots of shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways.

The location is a bit far out (but it's a really nice walk into central Berlin if you have the time). The room is objectively expensive but then so is every room in Berlin.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! I would like to especially thank Marija at the reception — she was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. She went above and beyond to assist me during my stay and made me feel very welcome. Her friendly attitude truly made a difference. Thank you, Marija, for your great service!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was warm and welcoming and friendly. we can't wait to return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable gateway.

The only suggestion I have is to consider adding a phone in the room, as I found myself going back and forth to the reception to ask a few questions.

The breakfast was really good! Rooms were super clean and the staff were very nice.

Easy reservation, easy check in and easy check out. The availability of garage given the area where located for a reasonable price per night. Loved that check out is at 12:00 giving you time to do whatever you need to do before continue your journey. Breakfast was also quite good with a lot of options.Internet was fast and easy to connect.

I was not told the breakfast scheduled and I could not find it anywhere.
