I like the location of the stuff there was friendly

What I don’t like that they didn’t come to clean the room every day

We had the top floor and it was nice and peaceful. Room was perfect size for a couple traveling with rucksacks. May be a little tight if you've got suitcases. Everything was very clean. We met the housekeeping staff on our floor while he was cleaning the other rooms, and he was very friendly and nice to us (it's good to see a smiling housekeeper in the morning even in their busyness!). There's a drinks and snack machine downstairs at reception which is useful for last-minute cravings (everything priced 2,50 Euros). S-Bahn station is within 5 mins walking distance and if you fancy a walk, lots of walking areas and pavements to enjoy the city. Closest supermarket Edeka is about 15 mins away on foot, so if you think you need coffee/snack/beer in the room, stock up before you come back. Otherwise, you'd have to depend on the drink vending machine in the lobby (no coffee-making facilities in the room). Not a big deal if you're spending a lot of time outside the hotel. Bonus: a Flea Market opens about 10am on Saturday mornings literally outside the hotel

We were looking for something nearer to the city center (Brandenburg gate), including breakfast and street/paid parking availability, so this was one of the few options available as I booked in the last minute (the night before). For 3 of us, the room was around 60 EUR per person including breakfast, which is decent. The location is good enough, as we were staying only for a day to visit a few tourist attractions in Berlin. The staff were polite and professional. Easy check-in and check-out process. Upon arrival, they'll give you the number unlock code for your room and there's Free WiFi. The bedsheets, towels and the washrooms were maintained well. Breakfast was decent - there were a few varieties of bread, cheese and butter, toaster, fruits, juices and coffee, milk and flakes. The kitchen staff were kind enough to give me warm milk when I asked. There are common washrooms on the ground floor as well, just in case. We found street parking just next to the hotel, so saved some money there.

The room is smaller than we expected. The shelves don't have any doors - looks a bit budget oriented, so good only for a short trip. The large window would've felt better if it got the light from sunrise. Even though the location is nearer to the city center, the neighborhood is silent after evening. There are no coffee shops or shopping places or restaurants near this area. in about 1 km from here, the Zoologischer Garten area is more lively and happening in the evening. We noticed there are many eateries/restaurants in that area. You can choose that area if you want those things over silent neighborhood. The paid parking of 15 EUR per day feels a bit costly. We wanted to arrive an hour early just to drop the bag, but they said it would be 15 EUR extra, so we changed our plans accordingly.

Location is good for public transportation.

The shower drain was clogged in the bathroom. Lumpy pillows, basic, thin towels. No kettle in the room. The hallway on the 5th floor smells bad. Basic breakfast, not a lot of hot food options. Would be nice if they would have fruit salad instead of just raw kiwi’s apples etc.

The room was nice, it was a good location. The hotel is modern and has lovely air conditioning.

I was treated quite poorly by a member of the hotel staff. I messaged the hotel beforehand to get certain information that was confirmed to me, and when I got to the hotel I was told something different and had to wait almost an hour to check in my room. I wasn't listened to and made to feel like it was an error on my end, even though I showed the message from the hotel (even from the woman herself who wouldn't let me check in..she was the one who confirmed) I was also told my reservation didn't come with breakfast so I declined, come to find out that my breakfast was something I already paid for through the app and I had to get reimbursed for it. The communication and respect from the staff was unfortunately unwelcoming and it ruined my first evening in Berlin.

The room was exceptionally clean, with a powerful shower and very comfortable beds. There was ample space and plenty of hangers for clothing, as well as enough power outlets and a desk suitable for working. It would have been even better if the chairs in the room were more comfortable for working.

I was disappointed that early check-in before 15:00 required an additional fee, especially since the room was already prepared. The lounge area was also quite small and not particularly comfortable.

It was clean and quiet so managed to have a good night sleep

Great location for TU Berlin. Clean and efficient with all basics available. Ability to leave the bag for a few hours before check in and after check out - very useful.

No kettle nor bottled water in the room. Basic coffee available from reception at chain cafe prices.

Liked quite a few things:1. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful! Special shout out to the girl from Thailand. 2. The room I stayed in: loved the motif of the art work - inspired by German football fans, and the large window facing Mercedes-Benz building. Quite a modern urban view. 3. The neighbourhood: TU Berlin, the temporary bauhaus-archiv / museum für gestaltung and Berlin Zoological Garden are within walking distance.

Quite central and quiet location - 5 min walk from the S-Bahn, which is only 2 stations away from Berlin Hbf. A great option for exploring Berlin!

Easy to access hotel, close to train station. Quiet area, spacious and clean room. Good value for money in Berlin.

No chairs in room (only stool-like pouf), not comfy if you want to work from the room. Not possible to borrow a chair for that purpose.
