Very central, very clean, small but comfortable room, a good price. I dont think they did breakfasts but there was a great cafe just down the street

What I like the most of this 3-star hotel was the confort of the bed and pillows, the spacious and potent shower and the price. Also the room was warm for the cold weather outside. It’s a budget-friendly place that covers your needs and if there is availability they allow you to do late check-out.

Although the property is located in a good and residencial neighborhood, it was noisy outside.

As advertised, simple, no frills, clean, friendly staff

Arrived late from the airport, the staff was helpful And the room was extremely clean! I was impressed by the bathroom and a really nice shower. The location is great, and the front door locks after 23 pm so you’re safe!

The light next to the bed was broken

Excellent location with shops, bakery, and multiple public transportation lines nearby.

Room was fine, but no frills. We requested separate beds they were squished together like one.

Excellent and friendly service (we had a computer issue and couldn't pull up a map, and the woman at the front desk helped a lot). The room was also comfortable and the location is fantastic.

The location is great value for money with great access to public transit, making it very convenient to get around the city. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was decent - nothing fancy, but a solid start to the day.

The room we were given was very small and not properly cleaned before we arrived, which was disappointing. Much smaller and less appealing than it looked in the photos. Additionally, there was no fridge in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient for storing drinks or cooling our Cooling Box Batteries.

No fast internet, Paid street parking.

Good hotel for visiting Berlin, in a nice neighborhood with plenty of cafés and restaurants. The room was a bit small but to be honest since we were all the time outside it was not so important. Very quiet, we had a view on a park. Clean. Comfortable bed. U5 at 5 min walking and a S-Bahn station at 10 min walking. Would definitely recommend for a short trip in Berlin.

The wifi could be improved, so I wouldn't recommend it for remote work.

From the booking page I wasn't aware there were small and large rooms.There was no mention that there was no lift. Reception on first floor rooms on 2nd floorSummer might be uncomfortable as my room did not have air-conditioning

great staff, lovely lady who did the amazing breakfast, scrambled eggs were lovely, great choice of breakfast. the room was of good size, spotless and great bathroom, 2 mins walk for a metro to city centre and 15 mins walk to train station to get to airport. would recommend and the area has lots of cafe etc only 5 mins stroll away

Location and price

The first room reeked of cigarette smoke and after the staff double checked this, we got a different room. The WiFi speed is abysmal and they charge you for higher speed. It’s so slow it’s impossible to browse basic webpages.

Hi everyone, my stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic—very comfortable, with a great location, and above all, the staff (Suzy, Nancy and all the other, thanks for your greetings) were incredibly friendly and helpful.
