Hotel location very good and the staff are friendly

The lack of pillows

It's in a great location. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was quiet and nice size. The beds are very comfortable. Great shower. Good breakfast with great coffee. Very happy and would stay again.

Some disorganisation during our stay. We were informed that there was no daily cleaning, but that the room would be cleaned upon request or on the 3rd day. Since the bathroom was not properly cleaned upon arrival (especially the toilet), we requested cleaning for the following day. However, no one cleaned the room at any point during our 6-day stay; only the towels were exchanged on the 3rd day.Additionally, on the 4th day an iron and ironing board were unexpectedly placed in our room without any explanation.

Very clean, beds were comfortable

Pillows were rubbish and only given one, so had to request more. No kettle facilities in the rooms

Location. Good sound insulation. Excellent staff service. Parking right from the back of the hotel was rather convenient and not very expensive. Beds were comfy, albeit duvet a bit warm for my liking . Shower was vey clean and impressed us with a good water pressure.

No tea or coffee or mini-bar in the room. Spare the mini-bar, I am not into hotel alcohol or snacks. But I kinda like tea, and often travel with my own tea set : loose tea and all that required to make it..except for boiling water. And that was one thing that I missed to notice when booking room. My bad. Going downstairs just to make a cup of tea, is a nuisance .

Bad

There was over booking and they made us move to another hotel in a different area. I have never faced an overbooking in a hotel specially when we write them to let them know that we will arrive late due to late landing of the plane, It took us more than 2 hours to move to the other hotel and they made us come back again the next morning so they spoilt our plans for the weekend. They did not compensate at all and when we ask for the official complaint form they said that they did not have it.

Breakfast was good. Location is good.

I was waken by knocking and drilling noise from the room above me at 8am. It continued for more than hour. Then despite checkout was at 12pm, the rooom service kept knocking on the door every 5 minutes and asking to enter and clean the room, despite I asked to clean only after my checkout.I complained to the reception but they just listened, even not saying that they were sorry about that.

The room had everything I needed. The location was prime. Breakfast was consistent and good and the Time window for breakfast was generous. The bar at H4 was top!

Location of the hotel is walking distance from the train station. Room was comfortable, nice warm shower and breakfast selection was ample. Staff were friendly and were able to assist us with travel enquiries.

Few minutes walk from the train station. Very clean, bed so comfortable. Breakfast was lovely… overall fantastic place.

the hoteal has a very good location, it is easy to access by train from the airport. A perfect place to stay for a few days in that area for a business trip. Friendly helpful staff and they offering a great breakfast.

The staff were friendly and professional, the hotel is in an excellent place and has everything around. Especially the train station " Alexanderplatz". It was clean with regular cleaning. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food.

During my stay there were no issues.
