2 pillows per person would have been nice. I prefer a proper kettle rather than a coffee maker that does hot water as even with cleaning the coffee taint remains

The hotel is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Getting to the city center is easy.

The rooms are fairly clean, but toothpaste and slippers are not provided. Soundproofing is insufficient — I could hear new guests arriving at night.

The staff were very helpful and flexible. Special thanks to the reception staff for sharing lcoal information.

The room was small for 3 people and bags as well, but it was what we expected.

The room was very spacious and spotless. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport, just a 15-minute ride from the central station. A special shout-out to the staff—I received a very warm welcome, and everyone was incredibly attentive and helpful, even beyond hotel-related matters. I’d like to give a huge thanks to the man at the front desk around 2:00 PM on December 31st; he was incredibly helpful and provided invaluable assistance. I highly recommend this establishment!

The hotel is clean, cozy and comfortable. It’s good value for money. The bus into the centre stops just a 2 min walk around the corner. We had breakfast every day and it was lovely - lots of choice, set out really beautifully. We were made to feel very welcome by the staff. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a very small room with only one chair and a table and three beds. The room was booked for three adults, yet there was not enough space for all of us to move comfortably. One of the beds was also in poor condition. I paid 192 euros for one night, which is not reasonable given the conditions provided.

The area is not the best at night as there is a lot of unrest but still an ok safe area to live in.

The facility looks a bit old, and the price was high for this.

The beds are comfortable, there is a lot of space, we were with a child and the breakfast was fresh and tasty. Everything is good.

The problem turned out to be with the parking lot, you have to book a place in advance, we were forced to park along the road and pay twice as much. The bathtub was very dirty.

I must be honest for the sake of all fellow travellers.I did infact like this place as it has much potential. But two things messed it up for me.I did not contact staff about it so they are not to blame, they could have fixed one thing but probably not the second.The good parts:Staff is kind and helpful.The breakfast is handled by a lady and she has great control. It is clean, fresh and tasty! She is great. Location is good. Hotel in general is very nice and cozy!The bad parts:1. My pillow and blanket smelled very bad. How the cleaning staff cannot have noticed is beyond me. This should never happen in a hotel of any standard. I slept without both! The bed (personal preference) is too soft.2. There is plenty of black mold in the shower. This is a big problem and the hotel needs to maintain its premises better.
