- Located in leafy green suburb, close to public transport ca. 25 mins to city centre
- Great location near city train yet quiet, nice personal touch by host and family
Cons -
- Some noise of railway (well, other side of location near the station); breakfast is OK, but there is not big choice of dishes and coffee of average quality.
- The missing mini fridge and the outdated window drapery.
- Parking not guaranteed. Be prepared for the fact that you have to look for a parking space outside the hotel.

Nice and clean, relatively big room. Friendly staff, location near a railway and bus station
Some noise of railway (well, other side of location near the station); breakfast is OK, but there is not big choice of dishes and coffee of average quality.
The property is located in a residential area and walking distance to the S-Bahn station of Lichterfelde-Ost, thus one has easy access to direct public transport into the centre of Berlin. Additionally, stores and restaurants are located in just a few walking minutes. The reception service was very accommodating! We arrived at midnight and were provided with the code of the entrance door, room number and location of the key several weeks ahead of arrival.
The missing mini fridge and the outdated window drapery.
Breakfast is good enough for a reasonable price
Parking not guaranteed. Be prepared for the fact that you have to look for a parking space outside the hotel.
Late evening Checkin with doorcode was easy. Free parking on the street available. Quiet neighborhood. Good location to visit both Potsdam and Berlin
Most of the day there was no staff at the hotel. Very basic/old equipment and furniture. I would consider it rather a hostel than a hotel and not quite what I would expect for 120 Eur/night without breakfast
Friendly staff, nice bathroom, close to the train station!
Noisy
Very good location.
Clean and Comfort, I would book it again for my next trip to Berlin
We stay here regularly. Everything is good.
I was missing a scrambled eggs on Breakfast.
