Location! Breakfast too! This was a wonderful stay in older rooms with a lot of character. The location was superb, right on a subway stop that's only one changeover from the main sights to see. Staffed at midnight when we arrived as well.

It's difficult to find, a small door between two nice restaraunts. You must press the call button to have the door opened (like most Germany), then travel upstairs to the reception desk.

Close to the center of Western Berlin for a very good price. Simple but nice and tasty breakfast included.

Rooms old and dated .Damage to bedroom furniture very sharp screws sticking through the draw fronts. And broken bitsThe floor was badly scuffed and scratched.The beds were not very comfortable.The worst things were as follows and in my opinion were unacceptable. We were given a cot with a broken zip, the side was also torn.A grubby duvet was put in the bottom as a mattress, despite the bed having a message saying do not add a mattress to this cot as it's suffocation risk!.The hotel knew it was damaged and had failed to replace, they suggested adding some pillows and pushing up against the wall to stop the child crawling out. There was no attempt made to replace it during our stay. I did try to fix it by sticking with elastic, but had to go out and buy a replacement cot as we didn't feel confident that it was safe to use.The high chair had no middle strap as it had perished, I had to use a bag strap to secure it.When I pointed this out it was just shrugged off.If you are thinking about staying here and you have a child don't even think twice just don't do it it's not safe for young children.

Very bare essential in room. No coffee or tea making facility in room. Only one socket for charger instead of lampshade!

It was a pleasurable stay!

The room was a bit cold, but then we asked to turn on the heating and it became warm, just perfect!

Friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. We were able to leave our baggage after check-out as our flight wasn't until late evening. Good value and great location for transport.

The location is good, the facilities are bad.

This hotel is essentially a flophouse with aspirations. The room had a strange odor, and my wife‘s allergies did not allow us to stay, requiring us to find other accommodations. We told the desk clerk that we would not be eating breakfast at the hotel, we were charged €15 nonetheless.

Central location, good breakfast, friendly staff and smooth, fast checkin and checkout

Very centrally located, clean, spacious room with balcony. Lovely breakfast every morning, very accommodating, held our luggage on day of departure.

Only the location.

The bathroom stink. The beds are too low and difficult for elderly to get out of bed. The hotel is unsafe using keys which can be duplicated. The wifi is very weak and we could not use it. The breakfast was included but very limited. Only one kind of bread (white), no healthy bread to choose from. I give only a 4 for the location.

Wifi was not working. Breakfast does not include fruit. Breakfast with very limited options.

If you go in with the right expectations it's a great stay. Good value for money with a great location.

Beds were a little uncomfortable and it's not the most well kept place but we knew that going in.

The location was very good and it was very cheap compated to the other possibilities.

The bathroom smelled weird and the staff couldn't really speak English/German.

Breakfast was more than adequate, plenty of choice.The hotel is only a few streets from the centre. There is an underground station a minute s walk from the hotel. Plenty of places nearby to eat, the Chinese restaurant on the opposite side of the road was the best I’ve ever had.
