Hotel Aster an der Messe

Was a good experience, great location, nice staff and so clean!

Very beautiful, very spacious rooms. The automatic check-in and check-out are very fast, smooth and hassle free. The price is nice, even when there's a big event going on and the classic look and feel of the building gave my stay a warm, welcome feeling. I highly recommend this hotel and I will make use of it again next year. Thank you!

Room with high ceilings, place is clean, come with free coffee.

The room was ample and spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. Interactions with the receptionist were good, he was very kind at all times.

Even though it was clean overall, as it is an old hotel it didn’t give the cleanest feeling. There were some hairs in the bathroom and the room smelled of dampness. It’s also quite a ride from the city.

My single room was spacious and had everything needed for a good stay. The check-in was automated and very easy. There is elevator for the upper floors. The bed and pillow were comfortable. The room was spotless clean. I had a view of the backyard. There is a convenience store and a lot of cafes nearby, close to the metro.

No soundproof, the walls are paperthin. The neighbours were snoring loudly all night and decided to watch tv early in the morning, it was as if they were in my room. I could hear their toilet and shower through the walls.

This is not a hotel.Maybe a hosteĺ!Or a B&Ɓ without breakfast.The onlq positive crirìc is the bathroom;clean and sober.The pictures are nicely retouched and doesn't reflektion the reality.The staff is absent.The lock to the door to the room didn't work properly.Total malfunction.No service!A chock!!Extremely overprised!Shame on you Booking.com

The rooms are comfortable and well-heated, with two heaters in winter. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located, with several supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and late-night shops nearby. The bus and subway stations are also nearby at Theodor-Heuss-Platz (a 3-minute walk). The hotel offers good value for money.

It's unfortunate that the bathroom has no window and the ventilation is only partially effective. Furthermore, some corners of the room lack light sources.

A beautiful large room with really cool interior. Comfortable beds, pillows and comforter. Great location with several restaurants and grocery stores within a 5 minute walk. Very close to a trainstation to go into centeral Berlin and all the sights.

Nothing, The hotel was just the way it was described.

unhappy stay

I had a problem during my stay, the bathroom sink was leaking, so the floor was always flooded making it unusable. I reported the matter to the facility who did not solve the problem. after constant insistence even to customer service they decided to change my room. however the problem was already there before my arrival. After 10pm there is no one if you have a problem and you don't know the language you are in trouble. staff unavailable

The location is closed to the U Bahn station. My room is at the end of corridor and there is more space. The roof is high. Check-in and check-out procedures are easy.

The bathroom is a bit small, compared with the whole area of the room.

The digitalisation of self check-in was exceptional! I came late at night, checked in via the terminal and got the key automatically!

Quite humble with quite a small bed, but in general, it was good value-wise

Spacious room

Location, was really far from attractions (35-45 min by u-bahn)The building! The hotel basically was located in a share building with Farmacy, outpatient clinic, music school and our room (with another room) was in a separated sub-building beside the main one! (Complicated) It was so so old! And just be newly painted completely(that made it difficult to open and close the doors, floor was noisy while walking on it)Early morning it was really annoying due to garbage collection, since there was a shared backyard with different buildings And ….
