Fantastic room and breakfast. Really good last minute adjustments for gluten free as well.

The bedroom was very nice and the bed absolutely comfortable. We also had dinner in the hotel restaurant, nothing fancy but really tasty.

The customer service was great. The food at the restaurant was amazing. The host ordered us a taxi. I was able to call the hotel regarding parking the hotel did have an underground parking garage for 23 euros per day

The hotel oozed old world charm, was warm, welcoming and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were plentiful and delicious. It was also very good value.

I booked a comfort room which didn’t have tea-making facilities, which was a bit of a disappointment, but not the end of the world

Good location. Very close to Alexanderplatz and a tram stop just a few minutes away.

Really uncomfortable pillows. Rooms not really cleaned during stay. The bed was remade but I had to ask for fresh towels and toilet paper to be sent to my room. The curtains don't clothes properly so light comes in when it's morning. Also - the noise. They put me in a room on the first floor overlooking the street where I was woken up every morning with the sound of beeping and trucks. I had received emails earlier in the week asking me to 'upgrade' my room. I now realise that if I had paid more money, they maybe would have given me a quiter room not facing this noise. I really don't know why they would deliberately put a guest in a noisy room. The hotel was not full so this makes no sense to me. I had horrible sleep for 3 nights because of the noise and when I spoke to reception staff, they agreed with me and said they know it's noisy. I am really unhappy with this experience.

Room well equipped, warm and very quiet.

Main problem was with the shower, which jumped from cold to standing hot randomly and could not keep a steady temperature, s problem i thought hotels, especially 4-star ones, had solved years ago. Bathroom was generally not up to standard expected and flooded every time the shower was used.

A cute, clean and comfortable hotel. Great breakfast, quiet area but not far from metro and bus lines. Nice bar with basic food available too. Much nicer than large faceless hotels.

No kettle or coffee machine in the room, and the machine in the lobby didn't operate 24/7. This is really annoying. It's such an easy thing to provide, and so frustrating when it's absent.

Our room was situated on the back which gave us a really quiet experience, the bed was comfortable. Bathroom tidy.

I think the carpet in the room could use a deep clean.

Nothing really. The room was a little on the warm side but we opened the balcony door and windows and were able to cool it down.

The reception stuff was nice, but felt like AI they didn’t really help and gave answers from book.The cleaning stuff didn’t change the garbage and we had to ask every time for new towels, even though we ask in advance.

Staff don't help client with luggages, no water in the room, room cleaning not perfect, I have asked 1 day earlier checkout and denied,...Hotel need overall improvement. Staff need to be more kind.

Location was right next to the bus station so it was very convenient.Bed was extremely comfortable and room was clean.

Only con is that there is no mini fridge in the room nor a kettle
