The hotel is easy to find, with a tramway station just near.

Internet connection is available only in the first floor, with really poor quality.

I came I the middle of the night, found no parking place within one hour and then drove to another hotel. The next day I got a cancellation of all my three nights because of "no show" even though I wrote to the hotel, that I would com for the two remaining nights and looking for a parking place. Nobody was there around 23 pm, I couldnt ask anyone and because there are absolutely no parking places in the area I had to pay three nights for nothing. I am very disappointed about this.

It was very cold and heating systems didn't work. Sink had some issues and water was spoiling on the floor all the time. The tab is extremely close to the sink edge, that makes it quite hard to wash your face. No personnel available after 3 pm!

It was my second time staying here. I returned here, and will probably return again, because I like the convenient location by the tram, the lovingly decorated rooms that make the most of the space, and the nice breakfast buffet. Plus, there is a "cafe" where you can get drinks and simple snacks, ideal for arriving late in the evening. For the price I'm not sure you can find something better in Berlin!

Good location right next to a tram station. Beds are very comfortable.

Next to the street it can be quite loud. Also, a fridge in the room would be great.

It is easy to access, the staff was amazing, it was silent and clean.

It was very small, especially wc, but I knew it before we went here so it wasn’t a surprise.

Better than expected standard, very friendly and helpful staff, nice home-cooked flammkuchen, clean and comfortable rooms and bathroom. Tram stop outside.

Parking was a little awkward but the hotel sent instructions, and the self-service check-in was a bit confusing, but there's a cafe next door which can check you in.

Very nice receptionist, very friendly and helpful. I booked the "two separate beds" room. The room itself is okay, large enough to walk around as 2 persons, but the bathroom is pretty small, hard to move around. The hotel is just near the tram line. There are 2 lines and they depart approximately every 5 minutes in weekdays, that can take you to the metro lines, these metro lines can be used to go to any place fast in Berlin. I highly recommend letting your car stay at this hotel and using public transport to go anywhere fast in the city. NOTE: You must book a parking slot beforehand hand writing to the hotel.

There was no mini fridge to keep cold drinks. Most hotels have at least a mini fridge to keep things cold. Of course, we knew about it already when we booked. But in my opinion, a "Hotel" should have a mini fridge. If you are unlucky to get a room with a window towards the tram and the road. Be ready to use ear plugs when wanting to sleep if you sleep with open window. In winter months i believe you can sleep with closed window and you wont experinece this problem.

Good value for money family room. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking. Good breakfast. 20 minutes drive from Alexanderplatz.

Arriving at 8 PM our room was still quite hot, even if the summer day had not been all that warm. Perhaps because it was top floor?

Good just for an overnight stay: the room was very minimally furnished, but very clean and tidy. We arrived just before midnight, so it was quite convenient to check in online.

Parking on the street was quite difficult – we had to drive around several times before finding a spot. Getting to the hotel itself was also rather tricky. The room was tiny and reminded me of a hospital ward. Although we had booked a double bed, we were given two singles. This hotel is really just a last resort when you have nowhere else to stay for the night.

Comfortable beds, good location, clean room.

Late check-in was a bit irregular and not standard. The hair dryer wasn't the best and not detachable.

Great for the money. It’s clean and tidy, it’s affordable, the tram stops front of the hotel and goes strait to center, it’s quiet and the district is super nice. Also breakfast was great and in case you need something, the REWE is front of the hotel. If there are no options in center, this is the one you should go with.

The place is very far away, the first elevator does not work, we have to carry the baby stroller every day to the second elevator, the service is limited, the price is high and there is no free breakfast, the staff are sullen

on a noisy street, tho the window did seal out the sound so it was quiet then. they only clean the room twice a week, so bin was dirty some days, also no bar fridge, so couldn't keep my fruit fresh.

Overall feeling ag look was ok - barhroom was nice.

It was difficult to sleep because the bed had sagged, and the pillows were as thin as if I'd had a sheet under my head. There was a heatwave, and the fan in the room wasn't working. Breakfast cost 12 euros per person, the selection was poor, and it was served in a hot room – the food had been sitting there and didn't look appetizing. The staff's English was weak.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the location is great — easy access to the city. We really enjoyed our stay. It would be even better if there were someone at reception who speaks English, as the staff member during our visit didn’t, although she was very kind and helpful. A minibar in the room would also be a nice addition. Overall, we are satisfied and the kids were happy.

Checking out staff could've been a bit more friendly. The roads to the hotel were very hard to navigate, got lost a few times before finding the place

Property right on the main road, opposite to tram station (but tram line is closed till 30.06.2025). But bus stop (Bus number 50) also infront of the hotel. Nearest metro station is 1km. Bus number 50 goes to the metro. Supermarket REWE is located opposite. Very convenient to travel to city.

Front office staff tone is not good. She told not to use the front entrance any time. The rule is all room guest should use the side entrance. We were not informed about that while check in, since we used kiosk to check in.
