Hotel Comenius

Excellent location in a neighborhood filled with restaurant and nightlife options. Felt very safe and comfortable. Hotel staff were great and room was well appointed.

Room was on top floor and had no AC, and it was quite hot on a sunny day. A fan in the room helped, but it still made for understanding comfortable sleeping. Bathroom was small, though well destined given the size.

Very friendly staff and exceptionally comfortable beds. Breakfast included and good code access system for main door and own room.

Great location and loved the industrial wooden style decor with super comfortable beds.

The radiator was only half hot so it took a while to warm up.

The rooms were bigger than expected, one room had three beds, more than enough for a family. The hotel is easily accessible by the U-bahn and S-bahn tram.

There were no blinds or curtains so the room got quite light as it was a sky light. We didn’t realise there was tea/coffee/breakfast until when we checked out.

Staff is very friendly and accommodating, easy check in/out, rooms are very clean and comfortable. Rooms have a heater. Felt safe :)

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, the bedroom had everything you could need. The entry space downstairs was nice and clean and you can have tea coffee/ snacks whenever. The breakfast was sustainable. Great location with every mode of transport available nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

Might be useful to have shampoo in the shower, but not super necessary!

Easy access, new furniture

Tiny room. But enough for a 1 night stay. Because directly at the entrance door, I could hear people going in and out.

Fantastic small hotel in a good area. The family room with 2 singles and one double was spacious and there was a lift!A lovely surprise was complimentary breakfast of cereal, eggs, cold meat, cheese and drinks. This made an excellent start for the day’s activities.

The bathroom was very small but to be expected in an older building

Perfect mattresses on beds, quiet place.

Doorknob on the toilet was out of the order.

Good value for your money. Good pretzels and bakery in the morning. Nice area. Walkable to the main train station and Uber arena.

The shower cabinet size a bit tight and hot water was either all in or or out.

The location was pretty good close to the metro stationThe bed was really comfy and the stuff was friendly and helpful.. They also kept our bags until we left

The room was very comfortable and it was great that it had a balcony. The bathroom was a little small but quite ok for a few days. The lady in the front desk was very nice and helpful. Also, the location was great with many nice restaurants nearby.

You only get your room cleaned if you ask for it, which is not bad but we didn't know at first.

The duvet was a little small for a tall person. Minor point.Finally, this is not a typical hotel with a 24h front desk, etc., it's the top floor of an apartment complex (with 27 guest rooms) and check-in is done by text, entry to the building and your room is with a code. It all works seamlessly and I would stay there again, but it's different from anything I have experienced before. The staff I did speak to were very nice and helpful, but there is only staffing 9am-5pm

Having a 24hr coffee and tea station wa shonestly the best bonus from this hotel. For anyone who wants to be close to the nightlife of Berlin, this hotel is perfect! The staff were so lovely and welcoming.
