Hotel Neuer Fritz

Very good location. The 1-bed room was small, but still spacious enough. Bedsheets and amenities were clean. The staff was super nice.

The room could use a little bit of love to details: cleaning up the walls, maybe repainting some spots, replacing the carpet right next to the shower ☺️ sadly, it smelled like cigarettes in the hallway.

The hotel upgrade my booking and provided me a nice and spacious room with a view to the river. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was tasty with variety of options with fresh ingredients. The staff is polite and helpful.

The corridors are a bit complex. It is a bit smelly on the corridors, removing the carpets would help to solve this problem. It is a bit noisy from the bridge and Friedrichstraße.

The location was in a good central area to access many areas of interest around Berlin.

The cleanliness and lack of attention to detail is disappointing.It is a MAZE to try and get to your room and I got lost!

Lady at the reception desk on our check out was nice

1. Very poor standard 2. On arrival staff member tried to charge us for the stay again even though we payed through booking already. Once I told him we already payed he said it’s booking problem and I should probably contact you now. When I asked him to check on his system payment suddenly appeared.3. Dirty room

The location is central to a very active area of central city. Public transportation is abundant (2-3 blocks from the subway). Staff was excellent. Nice having an Italian restaurant as part of the hotel.

The hotel needs to provide wash clothes. Scrubbing with body wash sometimes simply isn't enough.

What a stunning room. Huge room. Beautiful bathroom and bath. Great mirrors. Large terrace with view over the river. Sheer luxury! And central in location. We would absolutely recommend as a nice treat while in Berlin.

Old 80-90 building, Renovated

The room we stayed in was a 4-bed-suite. Not really suitable for 4 adults, as the sleeping couch was not comfortable at all

Location is good

It's not really a hotel. It's a lobby with a separate floor of rooms that's disconnected from the lobby and only accessible through a random (and smelly) staircase. The room had a dirty and worn plastic 'carpet', didn't have long enough curtains to block out any of the bright street lights.Sadly, when I had trouble finding my room, i found out that all listed hotel phone numbers (including hotel emergency / night lines) weren't answering. So you're on your own. Check in is with a machine outside the hotel.

Unfortunately shower was moldy and I am allergic to that so not fun :(

Great location and walking distance to restaurants, bars and attractions

We booked a room for 3 people and the third bed was not comfortable. It was a sofa bed. Breakfast was too expensive for what was offered. Not much choice. Room was cleaned daily but very rushed. Showers are open space and baths too. Not really ideal so it should be mentioned in the description

Location , by a big train station, lots of highlights within walk distance, great choice of restaurants and cafes. room size for 3 adults was perfect

Fantastic location. 15 mins walk to the Brandenberg gate. 5 mins to trains uban. Lots of interesting cafes and places of entertainment close by. Breakfast cafe and food was excellent.

Its is a bit dark and needs and elevator.

The breakfast was excellent. The open kitchen in the restaurant features a smiling young girl who prepares your omelette fresh and serves it in a very tasty way. It was wonderful..

I stayed one night at Hotel Neuer Fritz. After check-in, I found my assigned room used, uncleaned, and facing a dark inner courtyard. When I complained, the staff apologized and upgraded me to a beautiful corner suite overlooking Friedrichstrasse and the Weidendammer Brücke — probably the best room in the hotel.However, I’d like to address Booking.com: Without your platform, many hotels wouldn’t reach their guests, yet Booking.com users are too often given the darkest and least desirable rooms. We pay full price and deserve the same quality as anyone else. Please ensure fair treatment for all your customers.

Amazing Location, Clean and Comfortable! The staff were very friendly!

The riverside view, close to the railway station and one of the big red bus stops . The bed was comfortable and the bed linen immaculate. The staff were very good, particularly in the restaurant

The room was very small and had no wardrobe just some diy shelves. Exposed wires across the ceiling for the lamp bulbs and no lampshades looked awful.The temperature control on the shower was too stiff to adjust, particularly with wet hands. There was very little in the way of toiletries ie body lotion, conditioner etcOverall I felt the room was rather basic and needed a complete revamp as there was no ambience whatsoever

Shower leaked into room. Was told it was an ongoing issue in the room we were booked.

Location was good.

Room was horrible. No extractor fan for shower. Bed mattress bottomed out so I could feel the bed base beneath. Location was terrible. Had to leave the hotel and go up a dodgy lift to access room.

My room was huge and had a balcony. I loved the stylish room and walk in shower. I also liked the staircase.

Very dark. Bed was comfortable but protective mattress cover made it uncomfortably hot
