Good location

Staff weren’t helpful. Often charged me for things they didn’t have, such as towels and breakfast.

It looked very nice, beds are fine and they have big lockable shelves in the rooms. Overall very clean. Location is great for the price

Showers are a bit small, no places to put your things so they dont get wet and dirty

The location was great. Staff was extremely nice and helped us with everything we asked for them. Beddings and rooms were clean. As female guests, we felt safe staying there.

Everything was great. Our room was a bit colder than I expected but I guess that’s what you get when you travel to Berlin in winter haha

The price was affordable and all of the basic facilities were there like storrage box but you have to your own padlock but some of the amenities could have been added which are available in other hostels like hair dryer. Their guest kitchen was nice. Moreover the staff was nice too. But overall the best thing about them is their price. On weekdays you may get a better option but for weekends their price is the best.

As compared to A&O hotels the bedding was not good. The pillows were of extremely cheap quality. The toilet's cleanliness was just okay.

The linens were very clean (you do put them on yourself). And our room was very clean. It’s a short walk to connect to public transit. There is a 10£ laundry service where they do it for you, one employee said we could pickup that night and we checked in at 6 and were told to come back at 11 or 12 at night. Which after reading their policy on their website is 24 hours just not ideal as we planned on getting our clothes back that night. We bought our own food and used the kitchen which was nice.

The bathrooms were dirty even though they are cleaned twice a day. There is an overall bad smell in the building, we wanted our window open even though it was cold outside. It is an old building and the window areas were damp.

A great hostel with hotel vibes, reasonably calm, well organized and professional team. Room clean and warm, bed comfortable, kitchen good and kept clean, enough dinning room area. Stuff very professionally attended to the unpleasant and conflicting person in my room. Nice outside sitting/smoking inner courtyard area.

Very far from the fun dynamic part of Berlin. A bit of a scatchy neighborhood main street. Of course it's a matter of personal preferences. Just one supermarket offer in the close area. Too small fridge for the guests in the kitchen, but barely manageable. No cutlery, glasses in the kitchen, in the periods of buffet breakfast and lunch times offered by hostel. Pillows need change. They are deflated lumpy type things. Hairdryer aside from lobby where offered for free, needs deposit of 20 euros.

Amazing staff ,great location near tram,buses, convenience to go everywhere you need . Amazing kitchen more kitchenwares to use ,suitable for long stay in safe ,our room closed rest and bathrooms,wide room.

The room was super clean . A lot of light. comfortable. really perfect for a family stay in berlin. Close to the buses and trains. and in a nice quiet neighborhood. We loved the piano in the main area. And we heard there is also a game room but it was under renovation.

The location is a bit off center. And the staff seems a bit tired. Could be a bit more friendly and helpful.

Incredibly close to public transportation and the neighborhood was very quiet and easy to navigate.

I woke up every day to bug bites all over my face and body. Every night I would kill about 5-7 mosquitoes but they apparently kept coming back. This must’ve also been the case for the previous guess in the room since there were small blood stains on the wall.

Very good price/value overall

The kitchen is quite nice, with enough facilities for two people cooking simultaneously. Not very comfortable common area: not quite clean, noisy, overall very frugal huge hall with benches and tables.That wasn't a problem for me personally, but they seem to tell everyone the elevator is in repairs and is going to be fixed in a couple of hours. Meanwhile, no one was really working on it, and it stayed out of order for days.

Cheap for a good location, 24h/7days receptions. We had a room for the three of us.

The bed mades a lot of noise. Elevator was not working when we arrived. Nice staff but not so friendly

This hostel is very close to the Central Train Station (for those looking to lodge before an early flight, like myself). Every bed in my room has its own personal light and plugs to charge your phone/electronics. Lockers are big enough to hold bags and small luggage; just bring your own lock (a gym padlock will suffice). And the facilities were clean. I will come back here again whenever I need a quick stay in Berlin.

I don't have anything negative to say. Everything was to my liking.

They have lots of rooms and most of what you need in a private room are there. The place is cute but could also be complex. The key cards work pretty well. They have multiple toilets and showers rooms.

The place is not well lighted. Long corridors get too dark especially that they've got light sensors. Based on the room I stayed in they need some serious deep cleaning especially the moldy bathroom tiles and shower drain. As I arrived, the toilet seat had a stain even before I used it so I ended up cleaning and disinfecting it. The place could benefit on renovation or maintenance. Some parts of the flooring in the room and the corridor is squeaking too.

It was comfortable enough and the staff was friendly and helpful. Worth it for the price

Pretty far from a lot of things especially Berlin’s nightlife so keep that in mind. The kitchen wasn’t very clean

I like the room, good price for all the facilities. The bed is comfy , the area not that loud.

Very warm in the summer. Also the people who stay with friends, etc, they treat the room like it just for them alone. Quite loud at night, especially most of the people go partying at night and back in the earlier morning.

cleanliness of bathrooms not always super duper but simply depends on how well the other people leave it
