Quiet, plenty of parking for car, clean.

    Breakfast could be much better.

Oustanding, quite and cozy place to stay either for a short time and fortnight.

Staff were great, breakfast was delicious.

Quite a large room. Free parking.

We didn't like the breakfasts, besides, there was an unpleasant smell in the restaurant. There was no hotel employee at the reception and we waited for someone to appear. In general, the hotel doesn't look like a classic hotel.

My stay at St.-Michaels-Heim was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and kindness that made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautiful and tranquil, set in a peaceful location, yet still convenient for exploring Berlin. The staff, especially Ms. Sabine Trautschold at reception, went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. Her hospitality, attention to detail, and swift resolution of a small issue during my stay were truly remarkable. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated her professionalism and genuine kindness. She made my experience unforgettable! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the entire atmosphere of the hotel was one of relaxation and comfort. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed every minute, from the quiet surroundings to the lovely conversations I had with the staff. It felt like a home away from home.I wholeheartedly recommend St.-Michaels-Heim to anyone visiting Berlin. The exceptional service, beautiful setting, and warm staff make it a standout hotel. Without hesitation, I’m giving them a well-deserved 5-star review. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Berlin!

    Nothing- all is just perfect!

Staff was super friendly and the room spacious. The location is more quiet than I expected, quite appreciated that.

The location is excellent. It's quiet with its own parking in a very nice residential area with beautiful surroundings. I was able to park my car and use public transport. The building is very interesting. I hope to visit again after the repairs have been completed.

It was quite hot inside, so we had to sleep with the windows open and a little bit of noise. There were reparation works just outside the room, visible from both sides, but it was tolerable.

The location was good and quiet, very close to the city but away from all the noise. The room was big, and the bathroom was spacious and clean. The cleaning lady did her job very well, and the hotel had free parking.

Overall, we were disappointed and did not feel like we got value for our money. The beds were uncomfortable. They feel nice initially, but you realize they have sunken in the middle, and you can feel the springs against your body. My wife and I both had backaches at the end of the stay. The breakfast was underwhelming; you get only a few choices, and they were of a pretty low standard. The staff was okay; you have minimal interactions with them. The room was super hot both during the day and at night. The fan and open windows did not help much. The Wi-Fi connection was also slow and not normal, the connection needed regular re-connection with credentials via a login page The hotel was under construction, and it was not communicated beforehand. Therefore, my experience was different from others here. The beautiful exterior was covered with construction covers. The hotel is converted from a church, so everything is different from a normal hotel, making it hard to navigate. The lift goes only up to the 3rd floor, so we had to carry our luggage up one floor.

Great location and very clean nice rooms

    No EV car charger.

Check in and check out staff was very very pleasant. I even got a free magnet of Berlin (since it was my birthday). They had sparkling and still water at reasonable prices.

No kitchen if you arrive late. No garage.

    historický objekt, kaplnka

very weak and poor breakfast, selection worse than in the Hostel, in Berlin, very sad, not enough food, unwillingness of the staff to supplement it on request, where I directly asked the boy with painted nails.

Rooms are cleaner than other areas in the hotel

Rooms are very basic and old. No air conditioning on summer. Entire wall of the room is glass on the sunny side and cleaning lady is closings windows. Very unpleasant and too warm. Bathroom has mold. Breakfast very basic and espresso pays extra. Not a good value for money if someone ate a lot before you and no refill on selfeservice table

This hotel was in a very leafy location, but very easy to got onto the whole S/U bahn network - three stops on a bus around the corner. The beer garden was a bonus when the weather stayed sunny. Definate value for money considering this was the capital city.

Breakfast could have been ramped up a bit, but was adequate enough

    8DjohPosted on: 9-18-2023

The scenery. The old style as castle premisse

The bed. Very small as for a child

Unique building and sth different from the usual hotels. Location in a beautiful part of Berlin, quiet but very central.

Breakfast was ok, but fairly basic.

Beautiful place, quiet and safe. Good breakfast which you can enjoy on the garden terrace. Very comfortable room, as always in hotels of religious organisations.Nice surroundings, lovely garden. There is a beer garden and restaurant accesible in daytime. Good wifi. Large parking place. We had some misunderstandings during the check-in process, so the hotel gave me a discount at check-out. This was a very respectful way of treating a guest, which I very much appreciated. Thank you. I highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys a comfortable stay in a peaceful location. The nearest public transport (bus M 19 and M 29 ) is easily reachable within a 10 minute walk - buses take 5 min. from Hallensee, Westkreuz and Grunewald S Bahn stations.I visited the Waldbuhne, which was easily and quickly enough reached from here.

The location is fantastic. Peaceful surroundings and a lovely area for sitting outdoors in the evening.

There were no issues with my stay.
