    Pros +

    • Cleanness and location
    • The staff was very friendly and it’s a 7-8 min walk from the metro stop so it’s accessible.
    • The location is great, it's really great value for money, staff were really nice, helpful and kind. The room was designed nicely, very clean, our towels were regularly changed, the hotel itself is small and that's actually really nice. The location was really perfect, lots of bars, restaurants around, feels quite safe and very well connected to the main train station and city center. We were very happy with this hotel and we would definitely go again. Our room had a balcony, and a fridge - both were also great to have.

    Cons -

    • The bed was not comfortable
    • For the price paid, the facilities should be in better condition. The twin beds we got were hard to sleep on, as the mattresses were not very comfortable and the beds creaked very loudly with any small movement made. Definitely difficult for a room that was meant to be shared! Also, the pillow provided for the sofa bed was very thin and not comfortable. Cleaning was good in the bathroom area, but the bedroom had a couple of used glasses that were left there for the entirety of our stay.
    • While our room did have a fridge it was a bit of a shame we could not find a kettle, and the wifi seemed to be disabled at night time. The building entrance also feels a bit rough, but honestly the hotel itself is really nice. overall great experience, with small downsides.

The hotel's location was very close to the center - nearby there were various cafes and restaurants. The hotel itself was very awful, very old - it had no elevator. If you go to the hotel in the evening, it looks scary as there is no lighting to go up the stairs to the hotel, the stairs are old wooden. To go up the stairs, you need to turn on the phone lighting, otherwise it looks too scary - The price for the hotel I booked does not meet the conditions at all - The room was small - bathroom - it was small and the water if you shower water comes out in the room - On the first day when I saw breakfast I thought it was included in the price and continued having breakfast for 3 days in a row - on the last day when I left the hotel the receptionist asked me to pay for breakfast for 3 days from 10 € - it is not worth paying - because breakfast is not breakfast - there is bread and rules. In the end of all this if you travel for 1-3 days it is worth the price if breakfast is included - otherwise this hotel is not worth visiting from my point of view

The location is very good, very close to shops, restaurants and the metro! We had some car trouble and the reception, even though they were closed, made it possible to get our key, very kind of them.

We requested a double bed, but got two separate beds with the message saying there were no double beds available anymore. The walls are very thin and everything was creaking, the bed, the floor, the toilet, the faucet, the stairs, literally everything. We were going to a swimming pool and asked the staff if we could borrow 2 extra towels to take with us, and they told us no and to go buy our own.

Nice clean , last minute un the heart of Berlin City center Kudamm

Parking is a problem. Other than that the hotel was cool.

The staff were very helpful and kind. The room was nice and quite clean, especially the bathroom. It was cold and snowy

I like the style of the place, it is historical building with beautiful details.

The only detail what I don’t like that the bed is not stable.

Good value for money. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, old-style design. I liked the location and the district. Public transport is just behind the corner.

No sound isolation. You can her every step or voice from the hall. But in general, it wasn't noisy. Acceptable for me.

It was clean but very old. Overall good value for the price paid

Beds were too small and one bed was moving down too much on one side

Its like living in some 100 years old mansion :). Its a super old building which is well renovated, the old inner & outer architecture is well preserved. Room was comfortable & warm. My family slept well :)

The old world ambiance. The breakfast.

The dangerous approach staircase with torn carpets.
