Amazing hotel.Very clean and quiet. Staff was helpful. Easy to find.And clean!Included breakfast was amazing with variety and fresh options.

Lobby bar missing.

Perfect place for our family to rest after a long trip from the Alps. Good parking opportunities. Very comfortable beds. We got a extra room for our kids.

The staff was very polite and helpful, the breakfast was wonderful - more than we expected. Hotel is located near subway station, region is not too busy and yet it's close and convenient to reach city center.

It was right across the concert venue I was here for.

It was a little pricier considering the furniture was quite old. Also quite far from the train station but if you're there for a concert like me, it's not that bad.

The reception staff were very professional, helpful and friendly, breakfast was great and the room was clean and very comfortable. Great value for money!!

Super clean!!!The room and the bed were comfortable. Air was good in the room and the temperature level was nice. Hot water is really a hot water. So I like the room really!Plus: staff are smiling and happy and breakfast was clean and nice.

Not a big problemBut I found the breakfast looked weak a little bit in terms of variaty. Maybe the reason I found German breakfast a bit simple: brot, kashar cheese, salami, cornflakes.

Location was great, only 5 minutes from the ubahn. Big airy room with very comfortable beds. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We arrived early to drop our bags and were given an early check in which made our day as we were wrecked from an early flight. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the breakfast staff were just lovely.

We could fault nothing during our stay.

The breakfast had good choices they allowed us to eat early at 6:45am as we had to take early train to Austria which was much appreciated. The room was okay, clean and comfortable and the location of this hotel is great close to Hermanplatz train station which is the reason we had reserved it in the first place. The staff was very helpful and always polite.

I got an earlier check in when my room was ready. Staff were really nice and the room was clean.

The area the hotel sits in is very grim. Not a great place. Only one pillow and no extra in the wardrobe. No hot drink facilities.

The TV in my room made a weird humming noise - the speaker was clearly broken

The soundproofing of the door could be a bit better, but there were no sounds coming through walls.

Breakfast doesn't start until 7AM, which meant I had to rush each morning due to early meetings. Breakfast was good though.
