Steps-Hotel

It was cheap, room was more less clean, heating worked well, with price maybe it is worth but maybe I would not rent again this hotel.

Neighbour was praying or listening pray to loud, in common area and bathroom everywhere was underwears and socks and cleaning issues, maybe it is not mistake of host but people who were living this time.

The room was very clean, beds were comfortable. The room's furnishings were modest but adequate, and nothing was missing. Very good location, nice staff.

The only downside was the neighbors smoking cigarettes despite the ban - you could smell smoke in the hallway, which sometimes drifted into the room.

The receptionist was super lovely, was super warm . Good. Location, transport , parking

There is no lift in the building, which made it very difficult to access the 4th floor. Additionally, this morning the room cleaner was standing outside our room at 10:30, despite the check-out time being 11:00. This made us feel uncomfortable and pressured to leave early. This is not a good experience for customers.

The shared bathrooms were not clean. The beds and linen was not clean either. The breakfast was average.

Staff were friendly, good selection food and drink

Beds were so hard and uncomfortable.Could hear people constantly running up and down.I was charged extra even though the room I booked sleeps 6 and no way on the app to update add toddler on!

The location was very convenient. Close to the subway station, around 20 minutes from the center

Steps is a budget type of hotel, and as the receptionist mentioned the hotel name is a program- no elevator. I stayed in a single room with a private bathroom. While the room was very simply furnished, the bed was very comfy.Very nice personnel at the check-in and great situation in Wedding, close to transport and plenty of food& bar options.

Good breakfast, parking lot behind the hotel for 10EUR per 24hours right next to police station

All that you need for your travels is there, and the the staff was most helpful and hospitable. Great location which is decent and easily commutable, nice space and lobby!

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and it also got cleaned every day of our stay. We had all the things we needed, like towels, a hair dryer and the heating, which was very nice.

The rooms are not really soundproofed, we could hear everything going on above us and there was a constant noise coming from one of the heating pipes.

We really enjoy out stay here in the Weddig quarter. Near in Osram-Höfe is perfect parking for 10e/24 hours. Hotel is nice, room bigger than we realiazed, we really love this place.
