The location is fantastic, very central with great access to many attractions and public transport, restaurants etc but the room was still very quiet which was great. The staff were mainly foreigners and most didn't speak German or English but were mostly nice.

The rooms are quite small which is generally not a problem but it was very tight to use the desk as the space between the bed and desk were very narrow. The bathroom was not very well designed as every time we took a shower we flooded the bathroom. We asked for a swiper as well but this was not available. The pillows were way to high and large. We asked whether they had any other sizes, which we were told, they didn't. The breakfast room seemed too small for the amount of people and it was way too cold, so very uncomfortable to have a relaxing breakfast. The choice could also be varied a bit more. It was every day the same and after being there for a week, a bit of variation would have been nice. Some herbal tea would also be great and a choice of tea and a kettle in the rooms.

We were positively surprised by this place. First of all, the location is excellent – just a few steps from metro stations and within walking distance of many main attractions (e.g. Museum Island and the Opera House). The neighborhood is full of restaurants and cafés, which makes it even more convenient.The room was spacious and comfortably furnished. What was especially great during the winter was the adjustable heater in the room – we could regulate the temperature ourselves.Breakfast was varied and of good quality, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I honestly can’t think of anything negative. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Berlin.

The room C door doesn't block the noise from outside well.

Nice appartment, the beds were fine.

I had expectet better parking. The street parking was okay if there was room, but that was not always the case. I think the price was high for a stay with parking issues and no breakfast.

great location, very clean, modern, warm, great breakfast and nice staff. also very much appreciated the fact that we found a chocolate father Christmas as a surprise because we visited on New Year's day, that was a nice human touch that we will always remember

didn't really like the fact that the double bed was made up of 2 single beds, but not a big deal

Very simple hotel, our room was very basic and small for a family of 3. Excellent breakfast with fresh and good quality of products. Fantastic location. Nice and very polite staff in the reception.

Breakfast room very bizarre, also the entrance corridor to the hotel is long and narrow, hospital like colors. There were still people eating breakfast when the staff started to take the food away..
