- The location of this hotel was excellent for exploring Berlin as it was close to all the main attractions. Felt very secure and the room was spacious and bright.
- The location was great. Lots of local restaurants to choose from. The hotel staff were patient and friendly.
- Very nice hotel, clean, quiet, friendly personnel. Also, amazing location, 20 minutes by walking from Alexanderplatz.Stronly reccomend this hotel :)
Cons -
- It was very noisy at night even with the windows closed. Garbage pickup middle of the night as well as construction beginning every morning at 6ish was loud and disrupting. This isn't the hotels' fault however it was disturbing.
- It was a little warm in the hotel room. The hotel does not have air conditioning; however, we were fine leaving the windows open and having a fan on. My fiancÃÂé and I were traveling from the Miami, FL so the heat is nothing to complain about.
- The room was tiny, i was expecting a bit bigger, but was not a problem as it as a big window and is light. Also there is a smart TV in the room, but was not possible to connect the YouTube account.

Perfect location, on a calm and quiet street in the heart of East Berlin, still close to U Bahn station and a minute walk from cafes and restaurants. Nice and friendly personal. Very clean and comfortable room with spacious bathroom.
It was very cold in the room when we arrived.
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel CALMA Berlin Mitte! The staff were fantastic — special thanks to Abdel, who went above and beyond to change our room and turn our disappointment into a great experience. He truly did his best to make our remaining days comfortable and pleasant.

The room and the whole hotel were very clean and well cared for. Highly recommend for a comfortable, hassle-free stay in Berlin!
Great location that certainly explains the price.
Very cheap furniture (bed shower, etc) and deco. Looks a little like a youth hostel.
An opportunity to drop the luggage 5 hours before the check in, and a possibility to stay 3 hours longer after the checkout. And, of course, the digital door locker. Total silence during the night hours.
Location. Easy check-in
A key card would have been useful. Worried about phone dying and not getting in. Cleaner could have knocked. More water for 3 people.
Great location for Berlin Marathon. Excellent breakfasts. Streetside rooms can be rather noisy.
Really nice modern and clean room with good facilities. Everything I needed. Thank you.
No AC so a bit warm, but a fan was provided. Not a negative, but room keys are done via your phone/internet connection. Let people know to make sure they have internet/phone battery before arriving.
The room was not that big, but it was equipped with all the facilities we needed. It was also extremely clean. The location was very good. The staff was quite helpful and responsive in times of need.

Great location. Really clean and tidy. Lovely facilities. Check in was so easy with a lovely staff member.
The bed was very comfortable, staff were friendly and in general was a clean stay.
The room we stayed was very small so the refrigerator was also very little.

Breakfast was tasty but not sure it was worth the 21 euros it was priced at. Although free coffee between 1 and 9pm this was generally when we were out. Tea/coffee making facilities in room would have been very welcome, but not a deal breaker. I would stay again. Hotel.was quiet
