Good location close to transit, friendly staff, breakfast available (at cost), good value

Staff good breakfast lots of coffee juice rolls cheese meats

Just shared toilet but it was very clean just a personal not the hotels flaut nothing else

Friendly staff at the front desk, large rooms, clean, water kettle and tea in rooms, possible to purchase sandwich for lunch at breakfast, close to public transportation, front desk staffed 24 hours, nicely decorated for Christmas

Comfortable stay. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast selection for a continental breakfast. Very good room size in the family room plus a fridge which was very handy. Close to a U bahn (underground station) and the S bahn ring line so very easy to get to anywhere in Berlin plus the airport.

Shower area requires some attention

A very good hotel for those traveling on a smaller travel budget. Good breakfast, clean room, quiet location and good connections!

The position Is Amazing, especially if you need to go to the congressional center Messe because there are metro in that direction and a lot of bus and metro for the city center. The room was clean, the service was kind and precise.

Interns are old style, but not old and rusty. Just to let you know, it's a traditional hotel, not a modern art one.

Very clean, well maintained, everything works, staff very kind and helpful. Short walk to train stations and bus stops.

Nothing, its facilities are a bit dated, but all work well, plus new windows have been installed which are very practical.

Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help me with special requests that I had. Very good value overall and was extremely happy with my stay there.

The pillows were a bit flat, resulting in some neck pain for me.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The place, whilst it was very dated and old, was clean. A great location.

It needed updating, or just repairing in many places. For example, the wallpaper was peeling off in places and the walls had fractures.

The area is very decent, hotel staff is very easy to talk to and very helpful, kebab shop nearby in case you're hungry. A choice of either S or U-bahn stations nearby, a supermarket near the S-bahn as well. And all of that for a veeeery nice budget.

Pillows are terrible, you guys could literally buy any cheap pillow from Jysk and it would be better than this massive pillow that for some reason doesn't hold its shape and just flattens as soon as you lay your head on it. I also didn't like the lack of one-time-use slippers and the type of toilet we had in our room although that might just be a cultural thing.

Really perfect and so cute and clean hotel, with a big and quiet room. We can let the luggages in the hotel before and after check in - out and personnel is so nice. Thank you for having me!

Location, friendly reception service

The light goes through the curtain even I close the curtain.

Martin at the hotel counter is an interesting guy. He is optimistic, cheerful and helpful. I received a lot of help and care from him.

The cleaning of the room could be improved.

It’s excellent value for money, located in a quiet neighbourhood but still very convenient for getting around – public transport links are great and it’s easy to reach the main sights. The staff were especially friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. My room was spacious and well-ventilated. All in all, a very good stay.
