Hotel Q! Berlin

Q Hotel is very well located. Connections to buses, trains, and the metro are excellent. Theatres, shopping centres, restaurants, and cafés are all close by. The staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient, especially at the reception and in the breakfast area.

How Clean and Central it was. Especially the staff, Michael was very nice and generous.

Lights were a bit dim in the bathrooms, a bit annoying when you’re trying to shave, bathroom wasn’t heated.

Location is great

A bathtub in the middle of the room makes no sense, a transperent shower door either. The room itself is quite big but the space is arranged in such a way that there's no place to sit or store your luggage. A sink is also in the room, next to the bathtub. Not comfortable at all.

Bed was uncomfortable - cheap synthetic bedding and terrible sponge pillows- but the worst thing was the air conditioning which didn’t work - meaning the room was permanently 23c -couldn’t sleep as it was so warm

The room was super sleek (we picked this hotel for its Star Trek-esque styling) and also comfortable. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal!

This hotel was such a pleasant surprise! A budget-friendly gem right in the middle of Berlin’s shopping district. The breakfast spread was fabulous—they even had fresh ginger and lemons for those of us who love starting the day with warm water and these condiments. The sauna, open for four hours daily, was exactly what we needed to melt away our stress during our 2-night stay. I would love to come back here again for sure!

The bedroom and the shower. The bed was very comfortable but it was extremely difficult to get in or out of, with the lip and no access to one side. The shower was very inappropriate even after 33 years of marriage, offering no privacy.

The room was not what I expected. It wants to be modern but it feels very old. The room was different from the pics. Could be more clean and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Room was quirky but ok. Whoever sleeps on the side near the sink has to climb in and out of bed over the end of the bed. Staff were really friendly and helpful, consistently went above and beyond. We asked for a quiet room and got one overlooking the courtyard which was fine.

Breakfast was ok but a little disappointing in terms of selection, there were very few hot choices.Aircon only just adequate, still a little warm in the room

Convenient location and comfortable room. I enjoyed the spa area, especially the sauna. The staff was friendly and always eager to answer any questions. Slippers and bathrobe were provided for the spa.

The breakfast could be better, the pastries and bread rolls were not fresh at all, but nice that omelettes, ginger shots, coffee are made on request alongside the buffet.

Cleaning could have been more attentive

Perfect location in the vicinity of an S Bahn station, restaurants, cafes, galleries, Ku'damm, cinemas, and even a piano bar.

It would be nice if the hotel room safe is big enough for my laptop.

Outstanding stay! Really comfy, large room with lovely view of inner courtyard. Huge bath. Shower is definitely more suited to couples! The staff were so lovely: treated us to a free glass of prosecco for my birthday, arranged a late checkout, and looked after our bags on the last day between checkout and our flight so we could do more sightseeing. The bar is great, lots of room, really friendly staff! The area's nice with lots of amenities (I imagine it's esp great if you're into upmarket shopping) and the hotel's only a very short walk to a well-connected station if other areas of Berlin are more your vibe. Really don't have a bad thing to say! Thank you for such a pleasant stay!
