The location is perfect, you can move easy to anywhere in Berlin or other countries.

This is an old hotel, the beds are really uncomfortable and because it's old it looks like a dirty hotel and smell different. I didn't like that they charge you an extra 5% for government tax or something like that, they should include this when you book.

bed bugs! room 10! manager blamed immigrants and foreigners for bringing these in.

Room was cold, if you are above 180cm you can barely enter in shower cabin.

I like a room, stuff, breakfast was very tasty and good money.

I missed a light at the bed so you could read there. This area was darker good for sleeping but if you would like to read a littke before falling to sleep you have to sit at the main table. Maybe a small chest of drawer or table in the corner to put a stand lamp on or hang up lamp screwed to the wall or clipped to the bed.

My room was quite tiny and the toilet was broken but the changed me and upgraded me. The breakfast is fantastic and the personal, and the new room was great, clean and comfortable.

The hotel room was so spacious which I did not expect at all. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice and they resolved any doubts and questions perfectly. The price was very attractive to the quality given

I would like to leave a review about this hotel.I have stayed here three times or more, and I will definitely keep coming back.One of the main advantages of the hotel is the spacious rooms they are perfect for staying with family or friends.The service is excellent, and the reception staff are very friendly and helpful.The location is also great: very close to the city center, right across from the метро station and a bus stop.Nearby there is a very tasty Vietnamese restaurantFor guests who smoke, there is a designated smoking area on every floor near the elevator, like a small balcony, which is very convenient.

I want to say that I am an IHG member, which means I was staying in many IGH hotels in the past. This one is away from their standard…- it is inside the Berlin Green Zone, it means even though it has parking - i am not allowed to drive in. I had to park somewhere else and take Uber to get to the hotel, which is ridiculous. I called the hotel before asking for a a parking and they confirmed parking is possible but never mentioned the Green Zone- there was not even even one ceiling light in the room! Only at the entrance. Only small bedside lights (one of which didn’t work) so the room was very dark and depressing.- it was noisy. I could hear people walking on the corridor at night

It has a great location. It's very clean. Polite and helpful staff. Good heating.

Very close to transport hubs Zoo Garten and Potsdamer Platz. Plenty of good restaurants nearby.Quality windows keeping the city noise out.Very good breakfast and friendly staff and vibe.

Door dampers may need some tuning or replacing, some doors are slamming.

We got a room 501, it seems to be the best one in the hotel. It has 2 balconies in 2 separate floors and it is at the top of the building.Employees were extremely helpful and friendly.The heating was really good, we arrived directly into the warm room.

Hotel location is close to U-Bahn Station which provides easy access for transportation. Good variety of food for breakfast.

It was late check in, for some reasons we did not get the quadruple room as per our paid booking. We did not know why it happened since we made the booking in advance. Finally they gave us another room to compensate.

We booked a family room and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was very spacious, with an interesting layout, lots of natural light, and it felt genuinely comfortable to stay in. The beds were very comfortable and the bedding was of good quality. Everything was just right. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the towels were perfectly fine as well. Overall, an excellent stay.The staff were extremely kind and helpful — they explained everything clearly and recommended a few great places nearby. Overall, this is a very good hotel offering great value for money, located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants at noticeably better prices than in the very city centre
