The room was very cold. The heater was working, but wasn't able to heat the room.

A small hostel in a very good district, very clean. All necessary facilities that you can get for this money... the staff is friendly. The bakery nearby is really good to have breakfast.

But be careful in the bakery - the cost of coffee is different every time!! ((

Very close to a station so it was easy to get to the city centre.

Supposedly non-smoking, but people were smoking in the toilets so the place reeked of smoke. Some soap in the shared toilets would have been nice, not to mention hygienic. The female toilets were sealed off and out of use during part of our stay. The bed was sunken, very uncomfortable. There was a sink in the room, so great for brushing teeth, except that there was only hot water, no cold!? Flat screen TV in the room, but no remote control to use it! (Fortunately we weren't in Berlin to watch TV.) Free wifi available in all areas, but never anybody in reception to get the wifi code. Check-out time supposedly 10am, but at 9am someone was persistently trying to get into our room from the outside!! Good job we'd locked the door and left the key in so they couldn't get in! Needless to say, we were quite disappointed and wouldn't stay here again...

Very good position in the city, close to public transports and restaurants.Very kind and available staff.

The room was good for the price paid. Although there was no breakfast, there was a superb bakery next door where you could eat. The hotel was on walking distance of the subway. The ring subway which provided connections to all the city stopped there.

There was no power socket by the bed. The power socket of the televisions was broken, so you had to use the only other socket and continuously change plugs.

There were many things I didn't like. It was uncomfortable, not clean, the staff was rude, there was noise at 5am every day because there is a restaurant next to the hotel, the room was very hot, and the bed was uncomfortable.

A surprisingly good choice for techno tourists in Berlin on a tight budget!Very basic rooms with just everything you need — we had a tiny personal bathroom, two basic twin beds, some basic furniture, and a small TV with Netflix :D This was the very cheapest place we could find that wasn’t a hostel, and we are happy with it The cherry on top is that this place is 5 minutes away from a train station that takes you to Ostkreutz in less than half an hour. So the techno clubs (especially Tresor, Berghain, etc) are only 30-40 minutes away.Also it is close to a lot of good food options, especially Wok Man which has delicious and affordable Asian food.

Position is great , rooms were big

Bathroom are shared , so its expected to be cleaned more than once per day however , sometimes was not cleaned

For that price, I want only clean bed and it was provided. We were lucky, as we were upgraded to room with private bathroom.

However floor in room was sticky, it was cleaned later by room service.And for the whole stay there was some smell which couldn’t be aired out.

It was very dirty, smelled of cigarettes, and the staff were extremely rude. We came because it was rated over 7, but it definitely deserves below 5. Checkout was at 10 a.m., and at 10:02 a.m. someone banged on our door. A woman named Katarina entered and rudely took our key, shouting at us. We’ve never experienced such treatment before. This place absolutely does not deserve its rating and is a very poorly run establishment. The only good thing was that they allowed us to leave our luggage.

the rooms were clean, although there were ants in the room.

The mattress was a piece of foam with a wooden board underneath. Walls were so thin you could hear anything going on downstairs or in the room next to yours. Smoking in theory not allowed but so many smokers that our room ended up full of smoke everyday. Staff was very noisy as well and since the walls were so thin we could not even rest.
