Receptionist (Indian) at the night shift was high I guess.

Clean and comfy rooms, very polite and helpful stuff, convenient location, wonderful breakfast.

The fridge in our room wasn’t working (it had a light but didn’t cool). There were no plates or cutlery provided, although we were given some spoons by the bar at the reception.

The location was very good. From the staff Ms Berfin was excellent and very professional. She helped us with many challenges we faced during our stay. She is an amazing professional person.

The toilet particularly was too small.

Parking available, friendly staff, spacios bedroom and confy beds.

The lift was very busy all the time, when we were at the stay one was broken which is a total disaster.

The hotel is located close to Mitte district and is in a walk-able distance from most of the museums.

The sofa which is utilized as the second bed was already old and in consequence it was rather uneven.

The hotel is very well placed, within walking distance of the Potsdamer Platz, the Mall of Berlin. There is a light rail station nearby as well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extremely varied and well prepared, and a generous time window as well. The room I stayed in was well equipped and clean.

There was nothing I could complain about, maybe the fact that you couldn't cast or watch YouTube on TV or I didn't manage to figure it out.

The rooms are wonderful - spacious and clean, i found them very comfortable and beds are super cosy.

Everything was good, we just needed a bit bigger fridge :)))

As it was in january, the heating wasnt enough hot for us, but for one night stay, we decided not to mention it to the staff

We loved this hotel, unfortunately we all fell ill with flu and we ended up spending alot of time in the room which was comfortable and warm and made the fact we were sick so much easier. the staff were very understanding when wanting to do room service as well.

Thebreakfast was too expensive and the lifts take too long and were over crowded.

Specious clean family rooms. The breakfast is very good.

The check-in supposed to be at 15.00 we were two families with kids and the rooms were not available untill 16.20 and I asked to have late check out next day and they refused.

The room was great, but could do with some milk as part of the provided options for hot drinks rather than the sachet creamer. Breakfast was good - great variety, but would have liked to have some bacon as an option too, eggs were a bit firm/overcooked - possibly from sitting.

the sofa bed was quite firm to sleep on but was ok, and the bathroom doors had a gap between them, and as I was travelling with my son and his girlfriend, the gap could be an issue since when someone is in the bathroom getting dressed, it could be an uncomfortable sight seen.

> There was no hot water in our room - the water was just barely above freezing, but that's all, despite running it for some 20 minutes. The staff tried their best to address our concerns and offered to change our room, but we tested the water temperature in another room and it was the same. We tried the water again the next day before checking out but it continued to be cold. > The plumbing under the sink in the small kitchenette was exposed and leaked, so it dripped audibly in the night when the tap dribbled sporadically. We would have raised this with the hotel too, but didn't notice it until halfway through the night when already tucked up in bed, and we were only staying one night.> We wanted to book directly with the hotel, but their payment platform wouldn't work despite multiple attempts, so we paid 10 Euro extra to book via Booking.com.

Stuff very helpfull, quality of service on a high level, room and bathroom clean without any smells, location is perfect. Breakfast is good, a lot of options on any taste.Thanks Novotel Suites Berlin for nice time!

The hotel had a good location, it was quiet and clean. The room was also big, with a couch.
